The staff was great. They were super helpful but the room was awful. The ceiling was falling apart, the room had a nasty odor of must and mold. Our door trim from the bottom was broken so everyone could see into our room from the stairs at the bottom. Top it off our key cards stopped working and the main front office lady had to come with an actual key to open our door at 1 in the morning. We couldn’t even open our close our door after that without someone staying in the room. Most awful experience by far

The staff were great although maybe there should have been more of them. There was only one person at the desk most of the time and this led to longer wait times when interacting with the staff. Other than that our stay was Wonderful!!!
