Staff was friendly, however, there was a roach in the tub. The room smelled and the bathroom was dirty (toilet and shower panel). The tub's drain was backed up. I felt icky staying there. I didn't want to complain because I was tired and it was late night. The Christmas decorations when you enter are unique.

The bathroom light wasn't working properly; our plan was to have our Thanksgiving dinner at the hotel, but unfortunately the room didn't have a stove, which was a huge disappointment since we had brought all the food to cook.

We stayed 4 nights and the place was clean and comfortable. Very good prices. No elevator, but it wasn’t a big issue with only 4 floors. Absolutely beautiful view.

Wonderful stay, great views from the balcony! Bed was comfortable, room was very clean and easy parking. The only cons which are few were the microwave was a little old and tired, shower pan/floor could use some updating and check in staff was a little off standish but otherwise will be staying here again!
