Beautiful location set just a few minutes walk from pier park. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful to get us checked in and settled right away, giving us all the details of what they had to offer. Our room faced the ocean and it was lovely. Super clean, comfortable and spacious. With a deck and chairs to sit on, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever had, lots of options. We used the heated pool and thoroughly enjoyed the temperature they kept the water at, as it wasn’t the warmest afternoon we went in. Pier park and many other restaurants were all walking distance, so there were many options closely available if you don’t want to drive anywhere. The beach was kept clean and was maybe the nicest part of the beach right out front. Overall, it was the perfect spot to relax, enjoy some beach time, sunrise and sunsets, as well as take in the beautiful area of 30A.

How can this be a 4 or 5 star beachfront "resort" when they do NOT have any chairs available to be used on the beach? I was very upset with this. This hotel absolutely needs to have chairs that guests can take down to the bench for use. Also, they need to have a pet's policy since clearly they allow animals. They should tell guests with animals do NOT allow them to sit on the furniture. Again, highly upset I have to sit on the couch in the lobby after 60 lbs. of some German Shepphard. Disgusting. Lastly you allow pets, but can't put a bench in an area OUTSIDE of the hotel for someone to enjoy a cigar on? Not a relaxing stay at all. No smoking, but they allow pets to which MANY people have allergies to.

Room was nice, clean sheets and bathroom. I didn't get housekeeping, but my stay was short and so it really wasn't necessary anyway. I missed the part where parking was not included, so I ended up paying $20/day for that. Location is fine - parking is across the street so check-in and THEN park. Staff was pleasant.

Perfect room with panoramic view, clean and with plenty of space, and a nike kitchenette set. The grill by the lobby has great food, and beach views. The complementary breakfast was good and with variety. The staff went above and beyond. I was at the hotel for a special celebration, and they make it even more special with all the details. The hotel is in a very nice area, with plenty of dining, shop, bars, entertainment. I'll definitely come back.
