The stay was just okay, but there are several issues that would need to be addressed before we would consider returning. 1. Check-in time is listed as 4:00 p.m. We drove three hours expecting to check in on time, but our room was not ready until after 5:30 p.m. This resulted in a long and frustrating wait with three restless young children. We were told we would receive a call once the room was ready, but no one ever contacted us. 2. The pool is advertised as being heated to 80 degrees, but it was noticeably not heated to that temperature. 3. We ordered $20 worth of coffee to be delivered to our room, and it never arrived. When we contacted staff about the issue, we were told they needed to call a manager to approve a refund. We were later informed the request was denied, resulting in a complete loss of our money. I would not recommend ordering room-service coffee—your best option is to go downstairs and order it in person. 4. I called to request an extra blanket, and after waiting over an hour, it never arrived. Since the heat in the room was not working properly, my child ended up having to sleep without it. Considering this was during the off-season/winter months, we expected better service and responsiveness, especially since the hotel did not appear to be overly busy.

Staff was great but the same breakfast for the week was terrible..also called a few days before was told pool was heated and then at check in was told it broke..no attempt to fix it during the week..beds were very uncomfortable! The place is nicely kept. Staff is friendly. Stayed for Christmas. Very crowded. 90% of guest were Middle Eastern. I felt like I was in another country. Breakfast was decent but again it was crowded. The restaurant food was excellent! Breakfast hours need to be extended because everyone comes down at same time making it hard to maneuver around to get your food and no where to sit.

The room was AMAZING! More than I expected, staff was very friendly. The breakfast the next day though....gah! It left a lot to be desired. The food was cold, the area presented on the website had changed, it was in a cramped room where everyone kept bumping into each other. This wasn't even a busy weekend for PCB? The coffee was merely cream & sugar. I realized there was a "starbucks" like facility downstairs that sells good coffee. Most people like flavored creamer. If I was to change anything, it would definitely be the breakfast. We had a better experience at a hotel in Milton, Fl after the snowfall. The worker was stranded and she did the best she could with what was available.
