The parking fees at an additional $20.00 per day plus fees and taxes should have been shown much more clearly at the time of booking. It was a bit of a disappointment to find this out at check in. I took all the excitement out of the arrival and the trip. Additionally, this is a 14 story hotel and one of the three elevators was out of service most of our stay. This left large groups waiting for elevator cars and was a pain to move luggage with bus carts among the large groups. There is no direct access to the lobby other than the elevators from the parking decks. Will likely not stay again or recommend.

We paid for a king view balcony, and we got a king with no balcony and also the frame to the door was broken like the room had been broken into. We also waited on our room until5pm and went to our room and it was a handicap room, which in my profile says we do not want handicap room very disappointed in paying for a key with balcony room and didn’t get a room that we paid for
