Upon arrival, we were informed of a refundable charge. When we swiped our card, the bank declined it due to possible fraud. We tried several methods until they decided to do it manually. I want to clarify that this was determined by the bank due to suspicious activity, and it was a very awkward moment. The other drawback is that the pool was open and it was almost 12 am, and we were assigned a room right in front of the pool, which was incredibly busy at that hour. The parking was terrible; it took us over 30 minutes to find a spot, and we got in because someone got out. In short, we wanted to rest after a long trip, and that was the least we did.
