Great location with well appointed rooms. One major negative is that we specifically asked for a quiet room. Yet the woman put us directly above the dining room. Very loud but we learned that too late to make change. The hotel was most certainly not full. To me that is very poor customer service. ...
Very nice hotel. Located very convenient to highway exit. Clean and quiet. Free underground parking on a first come first service basis. We stayed on the first floor where the rooms are big and have access to private tereasse. Would stay here again.
I stayed at this hotel with four friends for three nights during the San Fermin festival. Location is absolutely no problem. During the festival, the bus line out to the hotel runs 24h, and I never waited longer that 10 minutes for a bus even at 4 in the morning. It is a 6-7 minute bus ride. Rooms ...

The only problem that I had was parking--they had none available so I had to park a few blocks away. Apparently their parking garage is not adequate for the hotel and they rely on public parking as well.
Very nice hotel! With the nicest most caring staff, they helped me with everything i needed they where extra friendly and they offer nice food. Its very close to cool historic places.
This hotel is super clean with modern decor. The bus stop is really just out the door. It's also on the airport side so inexpensive taxi ride. We were there for Running of the bulls. It was away from the festival but easy to get to town. The staff handled all the guests very well and they were always helpful and polite. They had a little bar and and tapas as well as a nice breakfast with great coffee. I would stay there again.

The bathrooms were good. The rooms were quiet. The only downside is the ridiculous price during the festival, but if you are willing to pay it, it is an ideal place to stay.
