Had a couple of nights here and whilethe location is a typical industrial estate it was next to a shopping area which was very useful. The breakfast was very good and the room comfortable and perfectly clean.

We were looking for an overnight stop on our drive down to Spain from the ferry at St Malo. Our criteria was a comfy bed and somewhere that served an evening meal before the normal Spanish dining time of 8.30pm! After trawling through various web sites we came across Holiday inn Express, wow what a find. Spacious rooms, super comfy bed, nice modern bathroom with bath tub and a shower, friendly efficient staff and only 60 euros (cheaper if you register for their points scheme and book on line) but at least we know for next time! The hotel is on the edge of a commercial centre so we were able to walk out for an early dinner. A continental breakfast with plenty of choice was included in the price. They have their own car park but as we were towing a horse box sized trailer behind our Vito we were a bit too big to park there. Fortunately we managed to get a space just in front of the hotel; we were a little concerned about leaving it overnight but the area seemed pretty quiet and the reception staff seemed to think it would be safe and needless to say it was fine. Finally, it was great to find diesel for 97 cents a litre compared to 1.44 on the motorway! The station is just off the roundabout by mc Donald's. You won't regret staying here. Well done Holiday Inn Express :-)

Great budget hotel with great reception staff. The receptionist who checked us in was very helpful and professional. She suggested to have dinner at the hotel and we enjoyed this service: good food and affordable (please keep the prices like this for our next time:-) ) Room was comfortable and plenty of space to park your car. Complimentary breakfast was simple but good :-) We will be back soon !!

Bright, stylish, quiet and comfortable rooms. Large size single beds with fine cotton sheets and duvets. Superb lighting. Excellent bathroom with full size tub and clever opaque glass panel to the bedroom. Reception friendly. English spoken. Restaurant sufficient for dinner and breakfast. Lacking a little in style. Located in basement. Complimentary basement parking. And to top it all, excellent value. Well done the Holiday Inn Pamplona Team.

Very close to Motorway to and from France, so Ideal for a stopover. Its actually located at the back end of a Retail Park & Mall which confused my Satnav somewhat but eventually found it by driving through an Aldi car park . . . The Hotel itself is what you would expect from a holiday Inn Express, Clean and efficient and more than adequate for a stopover. We travelled with 2 Grandchildren so had 2 adjoining rooms which were sizeable enough, 1 double, 1 twin, They had the now usual totally glass fronted bathrooms (why?). The Staff were very friendly and helpful and the Wi-Fi worked excellently. It is located near several eating choices for evening meals and an excellent buffet Breakfast is included in the price. It does have a small bar facility alongside Reception which we didn't notice until we were leaving.

Stayed two nights here on priority points. Staff were excellent and very helpful No tea or coffee making facilities in our room but they gave us a kettle, milk and tea on request. Free parking outside the hotel and they also have an underground car park. Aldi supermarket and a large shopping centre opposite which had a reasonable choice of restaurants. Weather was good so rather than catch the bus we walked to and from Pamplona. Very easy (go past Aldi and keep going straight) & took around 40 mins to the old town. Free breakfast was ok, wifi worked well and room comfortable.

Stayed there one night on the way home, situated in a shopping area outside the city, easy to park and to find places to eat. Comfortable as all holiday inn express, breakfast could be a bit better, and our room was next to the lift so we could hear the open/close doors

Excellent hotel, fabulous breakfast, extremely helpful staff. Ideally situated for exploring the city. Room was excellent, air conditioning worked a treat after a very hot week in southern Spain. Can recommend.

My son and I stayed here for three nights at the beginning of San Fermin. Whilst it is a bit away from the Pamplona city centre anything closer in is ridiculously expensive during San Fermin (not that the Holiday Inn was cheap but it was on the lower end of the scale). Transport to/from the centre is fairly easy - we took the #11 bus at a cost of 1.60 Euro, or you could take a taxi. The shopping mall across the road (note it was closed on the Friday 7th which was a public holiday) was a perfect place to buy the white pants, shirt etc that you need to join in the festivities (cost between 20-25 Euros all up). The hotel gave us complimentary red scarves. Our room was good - very clean and everything looking fairly new. The bathroom in particular was clean and quite spacious. Wi-fi worked well in the room and the TV had a wide range of channels and also access to apps like Netflix. The beds were clean and comfortable. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the room but that didn't really bother us. Also there was no shampoo or conditioner provided but there is an Aldi next door to the hotel so we just picked up some from there. There is also a McDonalds a short walk away. On the mornings of the bull runs during San Fermin the hotel helpfully puts on a coach to take guests in to the town centre. It cost 3.5Euro per person and departed at 6.15am (it's about a 10-15 minute trip). This gets you in to the centre with plenty of time to watch the run from the end in the stadium but if you want to watch it from along the route and actually see something then you might be better off heading in earlier via a taxi. We found we were able to watch the nightly fireworks from the window at the end of the corridor on our floor (2nd). We tried the included breakfast twice during our stay - on the first morning it was a basic continental breakfast (coffee, juice, toast, fruit etc) which was more than adequate. On the last day of our stay (a Saturday) it also included bacon & eggs and a staff member was offering people glasses of champagne! Handy to note that, on the bull run days at least, they have a basic coffee and pastry offering in the breakfast area from 5.30am. The best part of our stay would have to be the high level of service from the hotel staff. Every one we dealt with was extremely welcoming, polite and helpful. I would definitely stay here again should I come back to Pamplona one day.

Highly recommended hotel in Pamplona. We had a great stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is located in a quiet area a few km away from the city centre, but it's not a problem at all. There's a bus that runs every 20 minutes between this area (the bus stand is about 3 minutes walk from the hotel) and the city centre. Aldi supermarket is just in front the hotel and there are many shops and departmental stores around. Lots of parking places (free of charge). Excellent buffet breakfast. One of the best buffet breakfast we ever had in a hotel. All the food served was very fresh and replaced as soon as they finished. It's not expensive and really great value for the price we paid. The room is spacious and clean. The bed is big and very comfortable. We slept really well. The shower is great with a bath tub and clean towels. There's a nice sofa and TV and free wifi. Thank you for a very nice stay in Pamplona.
