The room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the little details that make a big difference—comfortable bedding, modern amenities, and a calming atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a long day. Housekeeping did a wonderful job keeping everything fresh and tidy throughout our stay. The hotel’s facilities were equally impressive. It was pricey for what one gets. However, in all fairness the stay was during a peak festival time, so the law of "supply and demand" dictates everything!

Stayed at the MET while running with the bulls the walk was about 10 minutes into the old town where the action is. Staff was great. There's just not much around the immediate surrounding area to do.

Hotel staff were friendly and helpful but never again as the room lacked air-conditioner! It was a furnace, boiling hot and the ceiling fan did not help. Avoid during summer!

The hotel is great but the only thing during summer they don’t have air conditioning other than that the place is great. 13min on the bus to the bullring and the San Fermin.
