Eh. Its ok i guess service eh room old man style not goood

Simple. Pleasant. Nice place to stay if you aren’t looking for something fancy.

Quiet. Great location. Unique setup so rooms feel more private

We arrived at 11:30pm. Upon arriving to our room, it was freezing. We turned on the heat, but the vent only blew really cold air. It was in the mid-40s outside. We called the front desk. A maintenance person came and at 1:30am, he was still trying to fix the issue. Finally we asked to change rooms but the front desk person said he was helping someone else and would call back. He never did. We finally requested a heater and extra blankets, which took another 30 minutes to be delivered. We woke early the next morning - it was still freezing in the room and were allowed to move to the room next door. Ended up with 2 sick kids. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Sleeping in our car would have been warmer than trying to sleep with cold air blowing on our faces all night.

Loved staying here, very nice property. Very clean and well kept room. Enjoyed the robe and slippers, a nice touch.

Nice hotel close to Stanford, with small market right there, for general things you might want. Bed was a bit hard, but it was fine for sitting upright.

The facilities were lovely. Had a late dinner and we enjoyed it. Would stay there again.

Spiders in room and pillow had makeup on it other than that it was a very nice hotel

I was clean, spacious and in a beautiful setting. I usually stay at The Four Seasons but this hotel was a special surprise.

If you need to be in Palo Alto this place is a bit of a refuge from the aggressive world around it. Hammock over the little patio in back of the room was a plus, during our warmer part of the year stay.

Love this hotel! Creat geated pool and workout room! The staff is amazing especially Grant at the front desk! He makes us feel like VIP’s every time we check in! Centraly located near Stanford, great restaurants and parks.

ANOTHER EXTREMELY OVER PRICED HOTEL IN PALO ALTO......this hotel was nice, clean, but only a $150 a night type of place. My rate was over $300......NOT a good hotel market for someone needing longer term stays in Palo Alto. Staff and Cleanliness was great. TWO Things were NOT--- Barely Cable tv was ok at best without numerous popular channels... The soundproofing from the elephants living in the room above was HORRIBLE. My last night there I had a big problem with that!!!!

Check in and out was fast and simple. Rooms were very clean. 7 minutes from Stanford University.

I have bad allergies and requested a room that would accomodate that. They gave us a very nice room without carpet and made a special trip to change out the feature pillows. Very nice front desk people!

The hotel is close to Standford University & shopping centers. Enjoyed my stay and for sure will come back again to this hotel.

Surprisingly clean and comfortable at a reasonable rate. I would return the next time I am in this area.

This might be one of the worst motels I've ever stayed in. The grounds are nice, but the rooms are just abhorrent. Everything needs to be updated. The carpet is threadbare, and the heating unit in the window does nothing to heat the freezing bathroom. The best part was the woman smoking on the balcony area of the non-smoking rooms. Now that's not Creekside's fault, but it tells you the type of guests staying. Never again.

It was a little expensive for a motel like format, but overall a nice stay.
