Everything about this stay was impressive! We loved the early check in, lovely staff, scenery, on site famous deli and more! We definitely want to visit Palo Alto again and we will definitely stay at the Creekside Inn again.

The whole place was very neat and clean but our room was spotless - I loved the large bathtub that was ideal for soaking - The towels were exceptional and even bathrobes were provided - The king size bed was very comfortable and there was an extra blanket in the closet - We had a mini suite and I would recommend it for the slight prince increase

Extremely clean and in good condition. Modest lodging but with an eye towards upscale details and service, including complementary Tesla charging stations and daily maid service. Nice shower, lots of storage including an actual clothes closet, safe and robes. Quiet. I’d stay there again without hesitation.

I put a bag over the lampstand for my own comfort zone on decor and colors. No modulation on shower flow, no bath. Opened the window for fresh air. Low maintenance breakfast; no eggs, meat. Deli food, on premises. location convenient.

I originally started to book directly with Creekside but they wanted to charge me for parking so I disengaged and booked with Hotels.com. The booking stated all the fees were paid and there would be no additional fees. When I arrived they charged me an additional $17.50 to use the pool, in early January mind you. When I told them Hotels.com said all the fees were paid they it was policy. The staff was neither friendly or helpful. The next morning I was awakened by a loud knock on the door at 8:15. It seems the maid wanted to clean the rooms already as she was knocking on several doors. Continental breakfast was sub par. All I really wanted was orange juice but there was neither OJ or milk. For a corporation trying to get every dime out of their customers this seemed very unprofessional.
