I reserved a multiple beds room it showed 3 double beds and a sofa bed on the list when I ordered. However when I get the room it only conmes with 2 double beds and a sofa bed. Serene area among plants, trees, and cozy outdoor seating in nature. Enjoyed the soothing fountain, flowers, bridge, simple breakfast of pastries, yogurt, tea, coffee, and fruit. Loved the hotel on our first stay a couple months ago. This time we stayed in The Tierr/Building A. Our room was fine. Check in fine. B-fast find. But, what ever product they used to clean the hall way and common area of Bldg A stunk - atrociously! Like a cheap, overly bad bn perfume y stench. Completely killed our stay. Used same product on the throw pillow in our room which we used along with the robes to li r that doorway to keep the smell out. It was bad

Very pretty and clean property.

The property is beautiful. One of the best features is that the property has a market/deli store that makes great sandwiches and snacks. Very convenient! Our room was clean, and the area is very quiet. The only thing is that the air conditioning was a swamp cooler, and it was noisy, but it did its job, and we appreciate that. The pool area is clean and inviting. I would stay here always when in the area.

Best Hotel Experience

Staff at check-in was amazing! He let us check-in a few hours early. Very welcoming and professional. Room was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the view was so beautiful and tranquil. Highly recommend! Safe area during both the day and night. Planning to book again in a month or so!

Grounds are peaceful and lush- property reminded me of a higher end motel setting. Rooms are basic and could use more decor, but had everything we needed and beds were very comfortable, which I cared most about. Nice stay!
