Lifes better in a beach town, this one bedroom upscale apartment has views of the Fairport Lighthouse, Lake Erie, and from the bedroom there are beautiful city views of downtown Fairport Harbor. The entire building has recently been renovated, enjoy all Fairport has to offer!

Great place to stay

We came for the festivities of the Labor Day weekend. This location was great for walking everywhere we wanted to go. The property was very well kept, very clean and comfortable. Only thing missing was a TV in bedroom.

The PERFECT location

This stay had everything we were hoping for in our vacation! The location is perfect because it was within walking distance to the beach, family restaurant, coffee shop, and other cute places. Not only that, for being in the heart of the town, it was peaceful and quiet- easy to get a good nights sleep. The owner was SUPER helpful and responsive- and made our anniversary special!! We loved every minute!

Rooms were very nice and cool and private. Communication with Verbo and the staff was excellent. Although shops and museums were not yet open for the season, we enjoyed the beach and restaurants and neighboring areas. We will share our experiences with friends and family. Thanks, from N Canton Ohio
