Overall, the place was very clean and cozy as advertised! The grill unfortunately did not seem to be working, and we could not get the dishwasher running as well. The pool table was very fun, though it’s clearly been well loved in the past - the sticks were in rough shape and there was no triangle.Overall, we enjoyed our stay and had a great time - just a few little quirks we had during the stay.

The pictures of the property were very deceiving. Neither toilet flushed well. There were holes in the wall just covered up by doors, most of which werent even attached but rather leaning against the wall. The pool table, which was what attracted us to the property the most was worse then any bar table ive ever seen. Ever ball rolled to one corner. there was nothing to rack with. there was one stick woth no chalk. The foosball table was in similar condition. not at all level. the fridge had a spot for a water filter but it had been removed. There was only one trash bag in the can for the weekend with no replacements. One of the couches in the livingroom was broke and lopsided. The front yard had giant mounds of dirt in it. It was clear that they "remodel" quickly to use this property but it was done in a way we in construction call a sellers special. We made great memories on our trip and will never forget them due in large party to how bad the house was but we made the most of it

Host was kind, responsive, and professional. As of March, looks like some landscaping and some finish/trim work on the property was ongoing. It was clean, good location, comfortable. Probably most comfortable for 6 or less guests.
