Outstanding views. Clean and fresh design. Only drawback was the bathroom, the “cool” design doesn’t afford much privacy and the shower is small and the shower head was far too high to reach for any kind of adjustment (great for the above average tall).

This hotel is small and quaint, and each of the rooms is unique. We stayed in the National Belle. The room was fine and had a great bathroom, but it was very noisy. It felt like we were sleeping in a utility room with water/sound going through the ceiling all night long. The restaurant adjacent to the hotel left their bright string lights on all night, so it never got dark in the room, as the blinds were the light paper type. No excuse for the Gold Belt to leave bright lights on all night. Being in Ouray is about the quiet and seeing the stars. If you are going to book the National Belle, bring an eye mask and earplugs. Also recommend bringing your own pillow as the pillows in the room are very big, thick, and dense. Maybe these work for some people, but for us, they weren't very comfortable. I highly recommend the Imogene Inn, but would look for a room upstairs and not room 5 or 6, which are in a building adjacent to the main structure of the hotel. The rooftop bar was amazing and the coffee bar was nice too. Overall, a really cool place and not like the other "standard" hotels in Ouray. Had we been in an upstairs room, this would have been a 5-Star stay.

The room was so cute and clean! Barb was fantastic and super attentive. We loved that it had a little coffee/tea bar. Also the location was fantastic we didn’t drive at all once we got there. Walked to restaurants, hot springs and hiking trails. Loved the roof top bar as well. It will be a go to for us when we visit Ouray.

Everything was wonderful, the manager was so accommodating. Parking was outstanding and we enjoyed our stay the reason for the delay is a the reason for the delay is a shortage of traffic control staffing in Houston so they have a space out arriving traffic immensely.

High winds caused rooftop horrible noise throughout the night and caused a sleepless night. Best view ever in a room and extremely clean. Amazing walk ability to whole Main Street. Staff very friendly and responses were quick.
