I can’t even believe that Wyndham would even put their name on this property. I refused to stay and I didn’t even get my money back. The pictures that are shown in the app are not even close to what you will encounter once you arrive. Even at a loss of my money I made the best decision in not staying at this dump.

The overall stay at the Hotel was ok. What I didn’t like about it is that some of the guests were talking loud and playing music way after hours by the pool while the other guests were trying to rest. It wasn’t fair and inappropriate. No consideration.

They’re trying, not there yet.

They’re trying, not there yet. Garbage in lobby stinks, placed right by door, and line for desk and no one seems to care to take it out. Shower floor, replace asap. Outside stairwell are toilets for the homeless and drunk. Once you pass these, the bed is ok. Pleasantly surprised by the Disney themed coat hanger. Great for a one night stay only.

Appeared derelict at first sight. Lots of people hanging around the car park, which was unnerving. Looks like a homeless shelter with little kids playing around cars full of peopl. The reception is a tiny little room that is cluttered and untidy - not at all welcoming. There is coffee available and you collect the ‘breakfast on the go’ from in here which is an interesting experience. It does appear that improvement work is taking place but not sure if it actually is - the place has an overall air of neglect about it. It’s dark and shabby, The first 2 rooms we were allocated were not ready so it took ages to actually get settled in a room which was supposed to be a refurbished one - wouldn’t like to see the non refurbished ones. No coffee machine or hairdryer and what looked like very old random toiletries that we didn’t bother with. The TV wasn’t connected so no TV throughout the stay, the night reception did try to sort it but was unable to. A basic hotel with very limited resources, the receptionists were really nice and helpful considering their work conditions, so kudos to them. The ‘breakfast’ that is included is not what I regard as a suitable breakfast - no healthy choices just sugary snack foods. There was bread and peanut butter/jelly but no plates, just disposable bowls for rice cereal or fruit loops. I had to ask for milk as there was none out. The fruit cups are not fresh fruit just prepacked peach or mandarin pieces in syrup. Overall, not a great experience!
