It was so horrible I checked out 10 minutes after I checked in.. the door wouldn’t open with the key and then when an employee used their key to open the door the door itself looked busted and had to be pushed in to be closed. Also in the fact that there were spiders in the corners and it smelled like mold..

There were guests smoking marijuana outside, the room smelled horrible, there were stains on the sofas and dirt on my bed. As I was leaving there were police on the premises because they were speaking to someone who was not in the best shape from outside. This was not a safe place to stay nor was it cleaned.

Many rooms getting re-modelled so its 50/50 which class of room you will get. Make sure the new TV works or has to be reset with a code. There is no bath (which seems to be getting popular with other motels) just a shower so you will be standing all the time with nothing to sit on. There is a fridge, iron (but no board) and hair dryer. Room service was 3 days out of 11. Pool was small but acceptable. Breakfast was typical American buffet (which means very limited) but as there is no additional resort fee, consider the $9 you pay for breakfast as the fee and the breakfast is free. Dealt with 3 staff at check in area (2F & 1M). All cheerful and helpful.

I was part of a larger group consisting of 3 rooms in total. I lucked out and got the best room. the other’s were dirty, scratched up, and overall just did not look clean. the sheets had hair and stained before even used. the bathroom in one room was like they were still constructing it. we didn’t even get room service. the parking and actual building of the property also doesn’t look very safe. i understand they were “remodeling”, but then they should put effort in rooms and service. it really could be a cozy hotel room… i love the theme and the layout, but it was not what i expected and disappointed in quality. If it weren’t for the area it’s in, I would have switched hotels in a heart beat.

The room we got the bathroom it has some trash. And the shower water it wasnt go down means clogged. And one of the bed sheets was dirty with stains and food crumbs as they didnt change it after a guest left. The place its nice i hope get attention with rooms clean thanks.
