The room was clean and well appointed but be warned that the beds are extremely firm. If you are used to/like a softer more plush bed, you’ll be disappointed and might have a sore back in the morning. The bath towels were like sandpaper. So rough! The breakfast was mediocre and they didn’t seem to have enough of the food/were very slow to refill. Front desk staff was friendly but not all of the breakfast staff was.

We found a roach in our room, the toilet did not flush, there was no turn down service, forcing us to reuse the same towels and wash cloth. The front desk attendant was inconsiderate and did little to help.

The front desk host was the BEST experience Ive had at any hotel. We had an issue with our cc being compromised and then replaced, causing Orbitz to cancel the reservation. She quickly found us a room at a comparative rate while making us feel relaxed instead of the oanic caused when we realized the room had been canceled. Our room had a dead battery in the thermostat and the room was hot, and she quickly got us into another room that was cool snd petsonally walked me to the room. She wrnt above and beyond! So impressed!

Everyone at the hotel was friendly and hopeful. I had an issue with the lights and a/c not working in my room. I was moved to another room immediately, Emely made the process stressfree.
