AC system was rusted and clogged. AC broke down, during my stay and owner would not immediately adress it. Unit had musty smell and old outdated furniture. Mold in bathroom shower walls. Shower head was not functional. Kitchen stove hadn’t been cleaned in some time. Rust and caked on grease on all burners. I Had to replace old AC filter, as it was filthy and black. Old and outdated kitchen appliances and furniture. Bottom line. Unit is severely compromised and outdated. I’ve visited many VRBOs, but this was a major concern.

Stay was good. Few maintenance items need to be cared for like oven door handle, master bath towel bar & shower head, second bedroom closet door. Having the option to utilize the pool would be a great benefit. Unit was fine for our purposes though.

Beautiful view with a well furnished condo. It had everything we needed and more and was perfectly located with a very short drive to Disney Springs and Gaylord Palms. The property manager was very attentive! Do yourself a favor and book this property!

Ben communicated well and checked in with us several times. The place was as pictured and the supplies listed were all there. I would have given 5 stars but there are some asthetic items needing attention (broken towel rack, missing handle to oven, worn toaster oven). The place was clean and comfortable. Nice location and view.

Ben was extremely welcoming and the condo was very nice! Loved the artwork, the jacuzzi bath tub, the screened porch with view. We had everything we needed and felt safe staying here. I would highly recommend this unit and I would 100% stay here again!

It was easy to get there. Everything was clean and as listed. It is very close to the Disney parks and outlets, and about 25 minutes away from the Universal parks. We had a really good stay, and I would definitely recommend it!
