Thcode to the enter the property did not work upon check-on so I had to call to get a new one. That was corrected during the phone call.
There were a few blinds laying on the floor that were supposed to be hanging up which caused the sunlight to shine in. At night I didn’t feel comfortable because anyone walking by could see straight through the sliding glass doors. I was told that someone from maintenance was going to stop by on the day that we checked in but they never came. The maintenance worker showed the following day.
I was told by Deborah prior to check-in that there are three TVs in the property; one in the living room, one in the master bedroom, and one in the other bedroom…there were only two. One in the living room and one in the master bedroom. I also mentioned that to the gentleman that answered the phone after I checked in, and he said that he would let the property manager know however nothing else was done.
The air master bedroom doesn’t keep the room as cold as the other rooms in the apartment so therefore I had to use the noisy box fan that was in the closet in the master bedroom.
The mattress in the master bedroom isn’t comfortable at all. In fact, I feel like I need a back massage because of the mattress.
The pillows in the master bedroom all worn out and flat! The pillow cases and sheets had some type of black marker or pen on them as well as the sheets and pillowcases in the bedroom with the two twin beds. There was also quite a bi
