Stunning 5 Bedroom 4 1/2 bath home located in the gated community of Veranda Palms.

This home is elegantly designed with a private pool and spa (heating available for an additional fee, please ask for details.

An extended lanai all screened in for your entertainment or to just relax with nature. This magnificent pool is south facing for all day long sunshine and has a pond conservation view with NO REAR NEIGHBORS! Sun loungers and dining table with chairs are also provided.
We also provide additional towel's for pool use.

The kitchen boasts wood cabinets, granite countertops, center island, stainless steel appliances, fully equipped, pantry with eat in space, casual dining table and chairs.

The main dining area has a large table with dinning chairs.

Also downstairs is a second living lounging area with sofa and a TV.

You will find this home to be beautifully bright with its expansive ceilings.

The Master downstairs boasts lots of space, walk in closet, a bathroom with dual side by side vanities, garden tub, and walk in glass shower.

Upstairs, you will find the large loft area with pool table and a third living room area with large sectional sofa an large TV, along with the remaining 4 bedrooms.

The Veranda Palms community features a swimming pool, fitness center, reserve land close to it and is only about 5 minutes from Pioneer Park on Shingle Creek with country walks and historic buildings.

It is close to shopping, restaurants, within 5 minuets drive and Disney, Universal and Sea World amusement parks are within 20-30 minutes drive.

Please note:

This villa is self-service--meaning the guest will need to provide their own toiletries such as cleaning supplies, paper towels, soap, shampoo/conditioner, toilet paper, detergent, etc. You are welcome to purchase a Starter Kit from our office with some of these supplies if you wish. Please ask for details.

* Pool and spa heat can be added to your booking for an additional $35 per night (ask for details)

* You may need to add a refundable $250 security deposit. Please confirm at point of reservation

* Extras such as BBQ hire, welcome packs (Essential Cleaning Products) etc can be added for a small additional fee. Please ask for details.

This is one of the best villas we’ve ever stayed in (and we’ve stayed in many over 30 years of visiting Florida). The villa is actually far better in reality than in the photos and that’s not something that happens very often. The house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated and maintained. You can tell the owners keep updating things and that doesn’t go unnoticed. The pool area was very spacious, the pool was heated for our arrival and was very private with a lovely view over the lake. The location is great, handy for the theme parks and easy access to all the restaurants on the US192. We used to stay in the west 192, but that’s always so crowded now with bad traffic and long restaurant waits. This will be our first choice in all future visits.

We visited in October 2025 and it was everything we could have hoped for, a beautiful villa as a base for a busy holiday and it was perfect. Spacious, clean, lovely pool, good air-con and a games room. We had a couple of 'pool days' during our trip and withbthe south facing pool, plus not being overlooked, it really became a home from home for our stay. The owners were excellent, brilliant communication with any questions/queries and all the information you could need given ahead of check in, and check out.An easy 5 out of 5 for us, highly recommend this villa and the gated resort it sits within

A visit from the UK

We stayed here for a week and thoroughly enjoyed the property! The kids all had their own rooms and loved the games room and pool. All communication with the owners was quick and efficient. The location is great for Disney, Gatorland and some local farms. Universal is good too but a little further and traffic can be a pain getting there and back!

Massive Home, Perfect for all Adventures!

Wonderful stay in Orlando

Just checked out of here after an amazing 10 days in Orlando. Really could not have asked for more from the hosts or the property itself. From the moment we booked in mid 2024 to the point when we arrived the hosts Mike and Rosie have maintained contact and offered all sorts of helpful advice and helped set expectations. The house is in a great location - 20-30mins drive to all parks. A few mins drive from Walmart and all essential shops. The place was perfect for us - plenty of space with 3 of the 5 bedrooms having their own en suite bathroom and shower. So much living space and the pool and outdoor areas were perfect for us to unwind after long days at the park. This was my first Orlando vacation but definitely won’t be the last and will be staying here again in the future. Can’t speak highly enough of the hospitality from the hosts.

Spring Break 2025

This place is excellent for a group. The entire house is set up for larger groups or a large family. We had our kids and grand kids with us and it was perfect. It has everything that you want. The only thing I can say is put your garbage out first thing in the morning as the garbage is picked every day. Don’t do it at night as the critters will get into it and make a mess for you to clean up, even with a semi lock they can still get into it.

Fantastic stay at a beautiful house

The house is absolutely beautiful and located in a great area for exploring Orlando. The pool was great and the property had everything we could ask for. We had a small issue with the pool on the second day but the management were really quick to respond and resolve it. We particularly like the safety fence for the pool, it gave us peace of mind with our little ones. Highly recommend.

First Family Trip to Disney

Location was great, about 20-30 minutes to Disney, Discovery Cove, and Universal. About an hour from Cocoa Beach. Communication, quiet yard, and space was amazing. Would love to stay again!! Only suggestion is to list what types of laundry soap (HE), coffee filters(size - *4 cup filters were provided for a 12 cup machine*), and dishwasher tablets (1 was provided) but no dish soap for overflow. It would have been nice to have the provided supplies for the amount of days stayed or provide what will be provided and what types of products are preferred for appliances. With those tiny details, we loved this property!!

Great house in convenient location

This was a very spacious house that was clean and had all the essentials for our trip. The neighborhood was very nice and the area where the home is located was quiet with nice views of the lake. The pool area was private and had plenty of room to relax whether you were swimming or just relaxing outside. No outdoor tv, but that was the only thing we would have changed. We really enjoyed the pool table upstairs and game room in the garage for extra free entertainment while we were there. This was a perfect place for a family with two teenagers who were able to have private spaces. All 3 of the larger bedrooms had attached bathrooms and closets. We didn’t have a need to use the other two kids bedrooms, but would definitely recommend for families with younger children as well or multiple families with children. Plenty of space to gather together while still having room to separate. We were there for a soccer showcase at ESPN Wide World of Sports and felt like it was a great location to get to the Disney Parks area. Easy access via 192 or Osceola Parkway. Overall great place and would definitely stay there again. Host was very responsive and local management seemed easily accessible even though we had no need to contact them with any issues.
