This was a great rental - the property was beautiful, and I was surprised by how many things were provided in the home. They really thought of everything. The owner was quick to respond when needed as well. Would definitely use this rental again!

I was Told we could check in since the house was cleaned we could drop our luggage and spend the time at the resort. I guess that was incorrect Info cause a week later they charged me for early check in. The fire alarm continued to go off at random times with no one even in the room that it was going off in. All throughout the night. Then when I brought It up to the manager that’s when the owner said I checked In early so I guess If I didnt Complain about the 10 times that the alarm went off and we struggled to shut it off the they wouldn’t have charged me. They then complained we turned down the air conditioning to lower than 72, but the house remained at a higher temp and was bothering everyone. My house is set at 69, it’s what we are used to, well as soon as it goes under 72 even though at 72 the house remained at 75 the whole system would shut down and then the house would be 85 degrees. Couldn’t win. Won’t be booking or recommending this to our travel Disney friends

Perfect location to stay for both Disney and universal! House was very nice and we all enjoyed the pool and hot tub right there at the house with the perk of having the community pool and water slides for the kids to use as well. We had a small issue with the hot tub and pool not being heated the day we arrived. I reached out to the property manager and the problem was fixed immediately the next morning. There are tons of shops and restaurants right down the road for any shopping necessary during your stay. Truly had a great experience overall!

The location of the house could not have been more convenient. We enjoyed the pool and the games. The community pool, playgrounds, and activities made the down days when we weren't going to the parks fun. The house was clean and well stocked. We loved the fact that every bedroom had a bathroom. That made getting ready to go to the parks in the morning much easier. Communication with the owner was easy and prompt. I would recommend this house and would like to stay again.

We throughly enjoyed our stay at this vacation home during the week of November 1-8th. The place was clean and ready for our occupancy. Our 4 grandchildren aged 7 (twin 10yrs), 14, adult children and my wife and I enjoyed the spacious homey rooms and bathrooms. The children loved having their own private spaces in their Disney inspired rooms.We enjoyed the game room, the clean pool and hot tub frequently throughout the day. The kitchen was large, clean and adequate.We found the location safe and within driving distance to the local attractions. We enjoyed the community pool and activities provided. The staff there was professional and courteous.The hosts for this home were exceptional.Questions were immediately answered and communication expediant.We were very sad to leave this property and would come back again and certainly recommend it to our friends.

Location is excellent to parks, dining, and shopping. Nicely decorated and pool was good. King beds were comfortable but downstairs twin beds weren’t. Air only goes to 72 degrees, it’s cold upstairs but downstairs bedrooms are extremely hot!! Couch had two rips in it. Kitchen is nicely furnished with everything you need.

Overall a great week, with some minor hiccups and things future guests should be aware of. Waze and Uber will try to use the gate on Livingston rd to enter the property. Make sure they know to enter using the gate on Teascone. The house is pretty deep in the community, so the waterpark is pretty far from the house. House is huge and we had plenty of room for all of us. Mickey decor is fun, but not overwhelming. Make sure to grab extra toilet paper when stocking up at the very close by walmart- they only leave one roll per bathroom that we could find. Cleaning supplies and trashbags were plentiful in the kitchen. The house has 2 dryers in the garage which made laundry a breeze. Daily trash pick up was amazing. Our biggest complaint was the air conditioning. We were aware in advance of the 72 A/C setting, but were unprepared at how warm that actually is after a hot day in the parks. I guess its for energy (and cost) savings. It would have been nice to have to option to go cooler. The property offers other cost additional charges like pool heat and early/late check in. We didnt see that in the listing until after we booked (and they way we booked was nonrefundable). Had we seen it prior to booking we would have probably chosen another property. All in all it was a great stay and we had fun. Just want the reviews to help the next guest.

I was a little annoyed that we were told we had to pay extra for a heated hot tub and for a grill but it's in the listing and I completely overlooked that. There were somehow televisions left on and when I spoke with the manager about the livingroom tv not working she tried gaslighting me and implying that I told her ALL of the tvs were on upon our arrival. There were a couple of the bedroom tvs on. Her attitude was less than amusing however the rest of the stay was great! The rooms are so cute with comfy beds and all. Having the pool was wonderful and the resort was super cute as well. Overall it was a good stay.

We stayed here for our family vacation and overall our experience was just okay. We travel often and use vacation homes a lot, so we do have a lot to compare to. We mostly liked the location, the community pool area, and that every room had its own bathroom. The cons for us were that the house didn’t feel very clean, the host was not super accommodating (charges for everything), the toilet didn’t work properly in one of the restrooms upstairs, the play area in the garage didn’t cool very well (a bit hot), some linens were dingy and need to be replaced, the lighting is very dim in the home, they could use more lighting at the front of the home so it feels safe when walking in at night, etc…

Getting ahold of the owner was kinda tough, and the property manager couldnt do what needed done without the owners approval. We added a vehicle to our vacation and my family couldnt get in even though the reservation was already quantity specific. Its because we had two cars and i didnt give specifics of the second driver. It took us a few hours to sort it out. Just make sure you specify in your reservation if you have two drivers. Other than that, the beds are extremely firm. Couldnt sleep hardly at all. Had to sleep in a single twin with my son, just to get sleep. On the other hand, other than a few little items, the property was well cared for and overall a nice place. Much like home.
