⭐️ Stylish and comfortable Chic and rustic Tiny house concept walking distance to Dubsdread ⛳️ golf course. Large Roku enabled 📺 to stream your favorite services. The sofa couches open up folding out and serve as optional place to sleep an additional 2 guest. Each is 70` in length

🍸 - The bar| lounge has seating for 4 to use as a hangout or eating space.

👨‍🍳 👩‍🍳 - Kitchen fully stocked including coffee maker, microwave, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator

🛌- Master bedroom: The Zen room with queen bed, ensuite bathroom and 55` roku 📺 plus sound machine to help with 💤

🖥 👩‍💻 workstation - 1 available bartop area for remote `WFH` use with bar stools in the living room.

Semi fenced in yard for your space.

🏡 Backyard 2 has bench seating, market lights and a gazebo. This space is shared with all guest on property.

Guest have full use of their tiny house, patio and also their fenced in yard.

There is also a shared gazebo, market kights and firepit for the use and enjoyment of all guest on property. We just ask you be respectful of others should you decide to uutilize this area.

The main buildings backyard is a shared space for all guest enjoyment (fire pit, market lights, gazebo and outdoor table).

✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, verification, and a security hold of (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $2 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.

Your guest portal includes advertisements with third-party upgrades that you may want to enhance your stay. These upgrades are optional for things like early check in (when available).
