Went through two different "nonsmoking rooms", both smelled terribly of cigarette and marijuana smoke. Enough smoke smell to create coughing fits. We sat on the bed and the fabric made us itch! YUCK.

Good value for your money if you don't need anything fancy.

Overall the room was decent. The air conditioning worked well, beds were comfortable, pool was nice, and the continental breakfast was good. The floor in the room was filthy, couldn't go barefoot without feet turning black.

Only good for one night or so, the room was kind clean but we had a clogged toilet. there's NO refrigerator in any room so if you want a cold water or drink (specially on the 90F degrees weather) you have to buy a cooler and get ice . The people around were very suspicious. I was all the time worried about the car parked outside and about our stuff in the room when we out for the parks. It's better spend little bit more and stay in an reliable and secure hotel.

There were roaches crawling on the walls. I asked for wake-up call in the morning which never came.

The staff were very accommodating & pleasant but the hotel is much older than the pictures online with gaps in the door for weather or critters (I didn't have any critters but the possibility existed) and it is in need of repair, wifi was intermittent. Don't know how the ratings were so good that I read before I stayed there.....

Location is good but amenities are terrible! I was very disappointed with the conditions of room and building. I wish I could switch hotels right away.

The most important point I want to offer is, don't book a king-size room expecting a microwave / fridge. The amenities might tell you that you'll get one, and their website might tell you that you might get one... it's not realistic. The people were nice enough to set me up with a room with a microwave / fridge without any hassle, but if they do that for you, be prepared for your bed size to be downgraded substantially (you're getting a 2x double-size). The room itself was passable on a basic level, especially if you only intend for this to be where you come home to sleep. Upon close inspection, though, the bed sheets have stain spots of unknown origin, the pillows were pretty miserable, and there were one or two other inadequacies that I won't go into right now. The continental breakfast, which is located in the indian restaurant at the other side of the strip from the hotel, wasn't anything to cheer about, either... but since the facilities were available to have a decent breakfast made (I point out that, again, they serve it in a restaurant), I would say it's a pretty substantial downside... but it's free, so I guess you... get what you pay for (?). They need to have a different system for their room keys also, because having to go to the lobby when you're trying to rush in and out of your room, to get into the room because of a defective room key, is a bit frustrating. Overall, I would say that, again, if you just need a cheap place to sleep, get dressed, and go to Disney (or Universal, or the other attractions), and nothing else, than just prepare yourself for all of these things. If you'd like somewhere you can come and spend half a day to lounge or what have you... keep browsing. Overall, a 2.5 / 5.

I Che checked in room and front door was broke and bed sheet was damage I waste my money with you guys

Good stay. Good selection choice for Continental breakfast.

Don't stay here unless you're homeless and someone was kind enough to buy you a room for the night....

The staff were very gentle but the beds are too small.

Very friendly staff and nice location! We were a family of 4, the hotel staff was very helpfull and the gave us a lot of tips to get around

The hotel offers ease of access. Staff understands the importance of time, and ensures that there is very little time spent dealing with hotel matters. Check-in and check-out is a breeze. The quality of the room is perfect and the free internet service makes it even greater. Its central location in orlando in close proximity to everything Disney and elsewhere makes it a must do for vacation. I spent two weeks with my family and I have no complaints. The kids loved the pool as well.

This hotel was pictured different on the app, it was made to look better than what it it. The continental breakfast was poor, the boiled eggs were rubbery. The sheets had blood stains on them. We requested more towels that never got. I was extremely disappointed.

It was good for the price, close to highways and shopping stores.

We booked an Orlando vacation and stayed at the Quality Inn. Room was small, but nice. We had a queen sized bed, 2 tables, a desk and TV/stand. They cleaned every morning at 11. They offered breakfast but we never tried it. The room had a mini fridge, I wish it also had a microwave. Pool area was clean.

very nice nice place to be in family near from the parks and great area

it's an older hotel... nice to stay there overnight. We wouldn't have an extended stay there probably! Nice friendly staff, good rates for the area, and clean enough for what you are paying for.

Nothing exceptional but a good location and a decent place to stay overnight
