From the moment we arrived, we knew we’d found the perfect place for our family’s first trip to Florida. The home had plenty of space for everyone to spread out and relax, yet it still felt cozy and inviting.The kitchen was well equipped—with two dishwashers, lots of fridge space, and everything we needed—making meals easy and enjoyable. Having grocery stores nearby made it simple to stock up for the week.The living area opened to a beautiful patio overlooking the private pool and spa, where our mornings and evenings felt like a mini-resort getaway. The loungers, daybed, and yard gave us endless options to unwind while the kids splashed and played.We loved all the family-friendly touches—themed bedrooms, a loft for movie nights, and a game room with arcade fun, air hockey, and shuffleboard.Just minutes from the major attractions but tucked inside the quiet, gated Encore Resort with its own waterpark, it was the perfect balance of excitement and relaxation

Wonderful home

The home was beautiful and great for our Disney vacation. With extended family together it was a great place to gather and relax. Close to Disney, stores, and restaurants the location was good. The owner communicated very well and made sure we wanted for nothing.

Wonderful Home With Responsive Owners

This home was excellent. It looks exactly like the pictures. The pool faces the sunrise so you get great sun each morning. Very clean AND it includes the Clubhouse access. Owners are responsive and very courteous. We were all very pleased and would book again.

We Loved This Vacation!

Our extended family gathers every five years, and this was a wonderful setting to bring everyone together. There is so much to appreciate here. Before our trip started, Joe and his team promptly answered our questions and anticipated our needs. They inquired if we wanted the heat turned on in the pool, which was exactly what we needed to make our winter trip perfect. After a day at the parks, returning to a luxurious warm pool and hot tub was just what we required—thank you. During our stay, we also celebrated a birthday and inquired about private chefs in the area. Thank you for the recommendation, and also to eliane@elianealvescatering.com for the magnificent meal. The house is clean, spacious, and well-designed, offering multiple separate areas to accommodate large groups comfortably.

Great stay!!

The house was clean and comfortable. Any issues we had they sent someone out to assist, even at night. To be clear the issue was on us. A locked bathroom door, thinking AC is not working properly but really it was closed vents. lol. Joe responded promptly and everything was corrected. After speaking with all family members this was our best vacation home by far. I will book with this Group again.

wonderful family vacation

Great grandmother, 2 grandparents, 2 couples and 5 children spent quality family time in this wonderful villa. The host was particularly gracious and went out of his way to ensure that our every need was filled. The house was clean and nicely decorated. The pool and hot tub area was private. The game room was terrific fun. We thoroughly enjoyed staying here and would strongly recommend.

Dreamy vacation

This is our second time staying at this property. It is immaculately clean with plenty of space for our family. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. It is super close to Disney World, SeaWorld, and Universal. When we aren’t out in Orlando, we love the quiet private pool and the neighborhood water park. We will definitely be back again.

Amazing hosts

The hosts were absolutely Amazing! Extremely fast response time, and overall did everything in their power to make my stay the most memorable one we can have. I would reccomend going with these hosts if nothing else besides the customer service.

Excellent house and facilities, prime location - great support

Vi var 14 gæster huset fra 2 til 86 år. Vi boede12 dage og fejrede jul og nytår. Husets faciliteter er rigtig gode. Vi var særligt glade for pool og spa, samt game room. Ecore resortets faciliteter var vi også glade for. Det ligger meget tæt ved indkøb. 5 min. to Publix. Kun 15-20 min. til Disney parks. vi oplevede nogle mindre problemer under vores ophold, men ejeren og Jeeves facility mannagement løste det hurtigt. Vi vil absolut anbefale huset til en familie ferie.

60th Birthday celebration with 4generations

It was fantastic! The place is large enough to hold 14 people plus with private bathrooms for each bedroom. There’s a game room, large projector for gaming and movies, pool and jacuzzi for fun all the time. Also the resort has a gym, tennis coursts, splash pad , water slides and pool. All with an outdoor bar and grill. Close to Disney and attractions. We had 4 generations from 9mos to the great grandparents and we really got to spend quality time together. This trip Will be truly memorable. Thank you

Loved our stay!

Clean, awesome amenities, close to parks, BEST POOL! Rooms and beds are super nice, spacious and comfortable. The game room with basketball, air hockey and ping pong was a hit and the movie room upstairs was awesome too. The house is in a quiet, gated neighborhood and includes access to a water park/resort but also has an awesome private pool and hot tub in the backyard, which we loved! Our large group was easily accommodated and the property manager was super helpful and communicative. We really had the best time and highly recommend for anyone visiting the Orlando area. We will be definitely be back!

Brand New House - Great Host

We spent one week with another family with a total of 6 kids. There is a great game-room with plenty of video-games, air-hockey, ping-pong table and arcade basketball that entertained the kids tremendously while we stayed in the house. Brand new BBQ grill (Webber). Not to mention the pool area that also had a basketball hoop for the kids to play. Host is very responsive and always available checking in with us making sure we were well accommodated. will definitely go back and I recommend the house for large families with kids and teenagers as well!!

This was a awesome place!

I have stayed in many hotels and rentals, and this home was one of the best! There was so much space! I came with my family for a weekend getaway, but this would be a great place to host a family reunion or a group friend trip. The kitchen was fully stocked, and a brand new grill was out back! It’s also very close to a Publix grocery store. The pool was amazing! The kids had so much fun playing while the adults had plenty of comfortable seating to talk and keep an eye on the kids in the pool. The owners of the house were very responsive and were quick to reply to texts. The house is very well located, close to everything you want to see while you are in the Orlando area- Disney, sea world, universal studios, etc. I would definitely stay here again next time I am in Orlando.
