This was meant to be a special family vacation for nine of us, planned months in advance through VRBO. Unfortunately, it became a very stressful experience. When we arrived at check-in, the home looked beautiful and well-equipped, but we were immediately hit with a strong smell of marijuana and cigarettes in a non-smoking property.Despite contacting the host, no suitable alternative was available, so we stayed and purchased products to reduce the odor. One bedroom remained strongly affected, where my sister-in-law and nine-year-old nephew were sleeping. Two days later, marijuana was discovered hidden under a mattress while searching for a lost phone. I notified the owner, property manager, and contacted police to remove it.The owner refused to refund any nights. Only the pool heater fee was refunded, and the cleaning fee was offered only if I agreed not to leave a negative review or discuss the drugs found, which was unacceptable.While the area itself was enjoyable, the handling of this situation was not. I hope sharing this helps other families avoid a similar experience.

We visit Florida at least once a year and this was our favorite stay yet! Close to everything but not right on a main drag with traffic VERY kid friendly. Clean, plenty of towels and typical household items! Would absolutely come back to this exact one if possible!

We had an amazing stay! The hosts offered exceptional hospitality, and everything was clean, welcoming, and well-prepared. The pool and game room were a huge hit for all ages, giving everyone something to enjoy. Our family also loved the peaceful scenery — the nature and wildlife behind the home made the experience even better. Would definitely recommend!

Enjoyed our stay at this property so much we've stayed at several houses in the Orlando Kissimmee area and this was by far the best one. We have a large family and there was literally five kid beds left untouched there's so much room and so many things to do. I wish we would've had a day or two extra to just play at the house.Thanks so much and I hope to stay again soon!!

Location and amenities were great, service was prompt & friendly when we needed something. The beds were very comfortable. Only improvement I would suggest is a larger/better pots & pans set. We had plenty of dishes and silverware but not a lot of options for pans & baking sheets for a family our size.

The property is a generous and amazing house. It was great for our family of 13. (8 adults, 2 teenagers and 3 children (6,7 & 9)).The pool was clean and delightful. The game room was amazing and the bedrooms were large and comfortable. The young children adored sleeping in the “Starwars” bedroom. The house is only 15” from the Magic Kingdom and Epcot.Our family had a great time and definitely would recommend this vacation home.

Our stay at this property was very good. From arrival to departing. Easy to access, location was great with a view of the water from the back patio. We spent most days (when we weren't out touristing) on the patio and in the pool. We did have a small issue with the heated pool, but the management company dealt with it immediately. The house is mostly as shown and in good condition. We did use the home theatre a little and the games room. The basketball game didn't work but everything else did. We did use the kitchen and found it was fairly well equipped. Some pans could use replacing sometime, but all appliances worked well and I was glad for the air fryer. The themed bedrooms were great and the grandkids loved them. Bathrooms and other bedrooms were exactly as shown. No issues with AC, washer and dryer or anything else. I would recommend the home and dealing with the property managers anytime. Thanks for hosting us!

This home met all of our needs during our stay from the movie room to the conference table area for our meeting. Everyone had plenty of space to spread out. I do wish that there was a way to turn down the volume on the race car game when not in use, even with the doors closed to the game room, it was very loud and could be heard in the bedroom across the hall.
