Nice house but horrible process to check in
Check in process was horrendous! Did not send us the verification e-mail till the day of as we were traveling. They could have sent that before and then e-mailed the code to get in the day of. Got to the complex late security would not let us in said he had no record of us. Then another phone call to them and handing the phone to security. The whole process was awful. Would not rent from them again. House was great but I'm not dealing with their whole verification process on the day I'm traveling.
