The manager and staff where extremely welcoming and very friendly. The room was very simple but clean. Con: There was a smokey musty smell in the hallway

The worst experience I ever had in a hotel. The hotel is in a very poor condition. The hallways have a terrible smell, the elevator doors got stuck, the room keys never worked and the receptionists were rude when we requested to reactivate them (yes we kept them away from cellphones and magnets) only bar soap in the rooms. We stayed for 4 nights and the rooms were never cleaned. I requested to take away the trash and refresh the towels and it wasn't done. And the worst is yet to come... There were roaches in the room!!!! Through the 4 nights I killed +10. We kept everything inside our suitcases as we were scared. It was disgusting. The receptionist promised someone will go and spray the rooms with insecticide but that never happened. I could not change hotels cause it wasn't on my budget to pay for another hotel last minute, but if you're planning to reserve, I strongly advise you NOT to!! It was a nightmare.

I never thought that a property like that could be advertised on HOTELS.com or any other booking platform. Furniture broken (night stand), towel rod missing, bathtub with a bump on the floor surface, doors on corridor and room itself with peeling and scratched paint, carpeting on corridor and lobby dusty and dirty, employee eating dinner at front desk, room furniture (the few pieces) made of masonry and unfinished, curtain hanging from the track on both ends...I felt as if I was in a DUMP on a third world country. The soap smelled like nothing and was SO thin. Towels as well. Dirty elevator. NOTHING was nearly ACCEPTABLE! I did NOT expect anything to be excellent considering the price. But BROKEN furniture (room 215), lump on bathtub, and dirty hallway and elevator....

The only good things - Pets stay free. No deposit. The room was “clean enough” and outdated. Both rooms smelled like a mixture of unfinished basement and flood water (I had two). Theres roaches, the hallway & stairs reek of defecation, the carpet is extremely soiled and littered with food remnants. I watched house keeping pass the hallway mess daily, w/o attempting to clean it. The front desk needs hospitality training. They claim I booked the wrong room (a single bed w/ a refrigerator and microwave) and then when I showed them my booking I was informed they downgraded my room because they no longer had the room available without notice. When I booked a second time I was informed I purchased the wrong room again and when I showed my booking a second time I was told to book the room that had double beds and only the refrigerator. The booking I purchased was double beds w/ microwave and refrigerator so I was confused. Every question was met with annoyance. This booking cost more than my original accommodations but with the limited amount of microwaves + fridge combos I didn’t want to lose them but apparently this was not the right booking even if this is what my room had in it. My last booking was cancelled where they claim I was put on the DNR list since my first day after they made me purchase another room. which make 0 sense. I even had house keeping check my room (I have a video of her doing so) before I left to make sure it didn’t have any odor or excessive trash. 0/10

This bag sat there for 3 days
I had to be pest control
Fearful this could stain my shirt, the vent is exposed and the filter is covered in dust. This is what’s causing the moldy smell.

The receptionist was super friendly! I had an issue with the first room, and she kindly changed it for me. I don’t know her name, but she covered the overnight shift. I arrived on Friday at 12 p.m. The first room was in very poor condition, The second room was appropriate for what I paid
