Step inside to the open plan living space that will be perfect for a large family and friends. Your living room opens out with full sliding doors to your lanai and private pool. Everyone will enjoy the fabulous kitchen with upgraded stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Plan to cook at home whilst on holiday, this will be the perfect space for preparing daily feasts! The kids will enjoy the breakfast bar area with seating for 4, where they can eat breakfast whilst the chef is in the kitchen. Off from the kitchen is a private dining area for 10. Music lovers will enjoy streaming their favorite songs on the built-in speakers in the living room, game room, and pool deck.

Outside you will find a spacious patio area and pool with a spillover spa. The extravagant pool and hot tub area are surrounded by an extended paver deck, perfect for spending hours soaking up the Florida sun or relaxing and taking in the fantastic views of the Jack Nicklaus Signature 14th green. The location can't be beaten for an easy walk to the Nicklaus clubhouse for golf, dinner, or a workout. On the first floor, you will find two bedrooms. The King Master bedroom and ensuite bathroom will be the sophisticated space you desire to rest at the end of a busy day at the theme parks. The other ground floor bedroom offers a king bed and is located next to a family bathroom. Head out into the foyer and ascend your winding staircase to the second floor where you will find a loft area perfect for the kids to hang out and watch TV on their flatscreen TV, play pool and have a lot of fun! Head out onto your own private balcony which will be a huge hit with the whole family. Enjoy amazing views and sit and play a game of cards or some foosball. Views from this large balcony space are sure to be a memorable experience in this beautiful home.

The second king Master bedroom also opens out onto this balcony space where you can enjoy the best views with the one you love. Enjoy your own ensuite bathroom equipped with a full shower, bathtub, and double sinks. The next master bedroom features a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also an additional king bedroom located on the second floor with an ensuite bathroom. The bedroom is a princess-themed room that is sure to please any little princess with a queen and two twin beds. The kids will have a family bathroom to share whilst vacationing. • Bookings made inside of 30 days of the arrival date must check-in during office hours before the access information is released. The credit/debit card used for payment must be shown along with a valid driving license or passport in the same name as the card. As well as a utility bill with the same address as the card billing address. Pre-Paid cards are not accepted.
