When it came time to make my 2nd payment I messaged the host and asked how since I couldn't find it. They said I was paid, but they would look into it. I heard back the day before my trip saying pay now or get canceled. The day I left I noticed I was charged 2x for the house. I called, emailed, and messaged with no response. I got to the house and realized I didn't have a code for the door. I called and was told I didn't pay. When she was informed I was actually charged 2x she said "I see you did pay, I will send the information." She also said to take the 2nd charge up with my bank because she couldn't help. When entering the house it looked fairly clean, but smelled like urine. Then there was an issue with the pool/spa jets, the pool lights, house lights, and the dryer not being vented. I called with no answer, but got a text. I informed her of the issues, and got no response. The next day I finally got a response saying maintenance should be there. After they left the spa drained completely. He came back and fixed that. The jets again quit working, but I didn't mention it again. Someone grabbed a towel that was folded and appeared clean only to find an orange handprint, and soiled underwear that didn't belong to our group. Overall this house was one of the worst I have stayed at.
