No smoking, partying, events or pets. Violators will be penalized.
A second floor 2BR apartment with excellent amenities in a safe and gated community within 5 miles of Disney Animal Kingdom Theme park. One Spacious Master bedroom with a King bed and Walk in closet. A second small converted guest bedroom with a queen bed. This small bedroom is Not sound proof. There is a 1 foot gap between the wall and the ceiling..
The resort amenities include 2 Pools one of which is heated, Gym, Tennis Court, Volleyball court, Play areas and ponds. Equipped with fast wifi, large TV and a work desk.
The home has a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, 50 inch TV in the living room and TV in the master bedroom as well. Unit has a dedicated washer and dryer. Linen and towels are provided to the guests!
Please note that the guest bedroom is quite small and has a 1 foot opening in the wall near the ceiling.

Nice Quiet Complex Great Hosts
Host very responsive to any issue! Not all are that way, especially if management company. Nice grounds and heated pool.
Unit a little funky but good beds. A washer always a plus. Dishwasher a little weak. Close to Disney and other attractions. Well worth your consideration.
