Great property with an excellent host. The price matches what you get, so it is a solid budget friendly option rather than a luxury stay. There are plenty of things to do on site, and the shuttle service makes it easy to get wherever you want to go.The room was clean, the water pressure was great, and they even provided real pillows, which was a nice surprise. The sports bar had fantastic food, and the market had just about everything you could need during your stay.

We had a great stay. All amenities we needed were provided. Plenty of towels and they were clean as were the bed linens. Check in was a little lengthy but it was a Friday at 4:00 so that’s understandable. Overall it was a greta place to stay.

The location and availability of the free shuttle to Universal were ideal for our trip to Universal Studios. The room was sufficient for what we needed--albeit it was a little outdated. The common spaces like the elevator were not the cleanest but nothing alarming. As a visitor--you don't have access to the water park which includes the lazy river. This was a disappointment but there are multiple other pools that are included. Having on-site dining was also helpful after a long day at the parks.

We had an amazing stay at the Studio at Westgate Lakes Resort & Spa — it truly exceeded our expectations!The pool was absolutely fantastic — clean, spacious, and the perfect place to relax after long days at the parks. The check-in process was a breeze, very smooth and quick, and the communication from the host was super fast and helpful every step of the way.We were thrilled with how affordable this stay was, especially given the prime location — just minutes away from Disney, Universal, and SeaWorld. It made getting to and from the parks so easy.The check-out process was just as simple as check-in — no stress at all.We will absolutely be recommending this place to our friends and family back home — it’s a hidden gem! We absolutely enjoyed our stay! The room was clean and facing the lake, and we had easy access to the Waterpark on property as well as Disney and Universal Studios. The resort has a daily shuttle to Universal Studios, which saves money on parking. Also, there was no daily parking or resort fee. We had a wonderful experience!
