Very good communications, nice house , clean pleasent , club house great pool very warm, jacuzzi .Great location , good value for money .no issues with cleanliness at all. Read reviews . I was slightly concerned but those concerns were groundless.Its a nice place , would stay again . Quiet, apart from the fireworks at 9pm every night but that is because its very very close to disney.

Disappointed. Great location but would not stay there again

The property itself was in a great location but it’s not a clean place at all. When a list of several items was brought to the host’s attention it was dismissed and was told the cleaners had done their job. It was quite disappointing as all the bath tubs had dirty soap scum and hair in them and the bed linens were not clean. I ended up having to clean the house/do laundry myself on the first day in order to feel comfortable staying there. The camera on the front door left us feeling like we were being watched the entire time. Not the greatest experience while on vacation and while it’s a great home (when it’s clean) it could benefit from thorough cleaning services and regular checks to make sure the property is in good shape before letting people stay there.The communication from the host wasn’t very pleasant and when asked for an early check in as our flight arrived early in the morning, they weren’t very accommodating and said they’d have to check with the cleaners. Clearly the cleaners wasn’t the issue for accepting an early check in as the place wasn’t cleaned to begin with. Again lovely location but you shouldn’t have to feel like you’re on surveillance the entire time and you should be able to enjoy your time in a clean environment. With other reviews mentioning similar issues it’s evident they aren’t going to make any changes.You’re better off spending your money on accommodations that don’t require you to do the cleaners job while you’re on vacation.

Great Area but needs some changes

We liked staying here. I would stay here again if they do the following suggestions. We liked the modern-day decor. A few things I would recommend for the owners of the Villa. It accommodates up to 8 people but the furniture doesn't account for that many people. I would replace the couch because its very uncomfortable to sit on. My family and I did not enjoy the couch. We were confused about how 1 couch that sits 3 people and 2 plastic chairs could accommodate 8 people. I would recommend replacing all that with a new couch along with a love seat or a sectional couch. My family did not enjoy how hot the upstair bedrooms are. The air downstairs was cold and comfortable but the upstairs bedrooms were very hot. The area of the Villa was great, the modern-day decor was great, but not functional. We enjoyed how accommodating the rental property was when we requested kitchen supplies. There was only 1 small frying pan, no baking sheets, or mixing bowls. They were amazing at listening to our request and delivered items to our Villa such as bigger frying pans, baking sheets, and mixing bowls. It was unfortunate that the electronic key pad was not functional during the stay. One key for 5 people to share was not fun for us. We understand this misfortune and we were ok with doing that we had to do. We enjoyed our stay overall. We hope the owners know that we enjoyed it here and we hope that they take into consideration of updating their couch and provide furniture for accommodating 8.

Excellent location!

We stayed for 28 wonderful days, the property was perfect, giving 4 adults plenty of their own space. Gorgeous end unit, beautiful inside and out, parking always available right outside unit. Would definitely book unit again! Thanks for the memories!Valerie

Perfect Home for Multi-family

This home is great for Multi family. The dual master suites make’s it great. The property management was quick to come check out a smell from the sink. Not sure if it really got fixed, but it was better. It worked great for this what we needed,registered.

Terribly managed Nice place

The property itself was nice with a good location. Unfortunately the townhouse was not very clean, the bedding and kitchen were ok, but the floors, tubs and bathmats were not. The people who manage this property are also cold and unfriendly. Charged us "violation of house rules" for having 4 adulds in a 4 bedroom house insead of the original 3. Just care about and not if you are happy with your trip

Good location but institutional feel

The most unsettling part was checking in after a long day of travel to find 3 bedrooms/2.5 baths as opposed to online description of 4 bedrooms/3.5 baths. When contacted, we were told they could come over and unlock the other bedroom/bath if we wanted them to do so. Ugh, yes, yes, we do want what we paid for. Otherwise uncomfortable sofa & 2 plastic chairs in LR and no comfort amenities (a few coffee pods, for example), and each BR had 1.5 rolls of TP. BUT great location for parks and restaurants/stores. I wouldn't stay there again but we made it work.

Ok Experience

Pros: location is very close Disney parksBeds and pillows decently comfortableOverall clean appearance and looks like photosPool is nice and nearby homeCons:Host communication, they pick and choose what to respond to. Communication is also rude, the rules posted in the home at time of stay said to place lines in bath tub and the tag outside the door. We did this (I didn’t think to take photo of posted rules) I received accusatory emails following our stay that we didn’t place trash in “a trash bin by curb as stated in rules” I explained the roles we saw on front of house table stated to place trash outside door. And that in addition there were no bins near the curb. There was a platform that said “trash” but no bin was available in that location. I explain this, they continued to be argumentative so I declined responding further.Damage deposit, there has been no communication about receiving this back even though no damage was done to property. My husband and I traveled with our 3 young children to go to Disney parks each day and one beach day, we were only in the home for breakfast and bed time so absolutely nothing could’ve occurred to that property.While the home appears clean upon entry, the smell of chemicals is overwhelming upon arrival. We also found 2 roaches in the children’s bedroom near the end of the stay. (Grateful I didn’t see them earlier it would ruined my tripI would recommend they change how oven is cleaned, the smell made me afraid to use oven.

Disney family vacation

The home was nice overall. It is spacious. The property manager was easy to communicate with and came over promptly to address a concern. The only thing that was a little disappointing was the hot water temperature, mainly the kitchen sink and bathroom sinks (except downstairs in hallway). Overall it was a nice and comfortable stay. Close to Disney and a variety of stores and restaurants.

Was surprised 1 of the rooms were locked upon my arrival. Paid for 4 bedroom rental but only had 3 rooms unlocked. House needs to be dusted behind tvs and closets need to be swept out more.
