The house was amazing every room was very nice. The handle man was outstanding when ever we needed him to repair anything he was right there. Thank youI didn’t appreciate that we had to pay for the use as well for the hot tub, it should be standard. We did rent the hours and wanted to grill and get in the hot, why should I have to pay more?

Hottttt!

Ok so the property was just as listed, actually looked better in person however it was sooooo hot inside! The thermostat is locked & the manager controls it, it was 25 of us & with the air being set on 74 during the day it was around 78-80 inside throughout the day. We had to use box fans in our bedrooms. Also the manager takes awhile to respond to messages & answer the phone.

The good and bad

Large house for a large group with wonderful theater for our family movie nights and our grandchildren’s plays/concerts. We appreciated the decoration but it is more form than function so some bedrooms without closets or dressers for storage. And no dining table, just little cafe tables. Dinnerware adequate for 25 people. 3 coffee makers and other appliances like blender, air fryer and mixer. The outdoor space was nice for congregating together. The pool table in the living room got a lot of use but only 3 cues and several broken pockets. But all balls were there. Rugs are filthy and stains on towels and some bedspreads which diminished our enthusiasm for the home. The towels are similar to a chamois you would use on a car and really do not dry one well. No swim towels. You cannot control the temp in the house. One must call the management company to increase/decrease the temp therefore you must plan ahead. The management company responded to our issues but it just takes time. Only one oven so consider that if cooking for large groups. Our turkeys fit but nothing else. Two dishwashers nice and worked great. Refrigerators roomy and clean. The community is okay. A few in our party used the gym but the Community pool was too cold to use. Trash gets spilled or animals get into trash and trash is literally in every yard. No recycling.

huge house with not enough bath towels or air conditioning

The bedrooms were large with ample space, the house could accommodate all of us. I was not made aware that each bathroom only got 2 bath towels, until we went to take a shower. Some bedrooms could accommodate more than 2 people, which left them without towels. When I contacted the manager, he said, yes only 2 towels per bathroom. Which left 6 people without towels. I think this is ridiculous for the amount of money we paid to rent the house. And not to mention, you should have enough towels for the amount of people the house says it can sleep.n I would suggest that you either invest in more towels, or let people know they need to bring their own towels. We had to go to a store to purchase more towels, which is not something I have ever had to do on vacation. Also the air conditioning could not keep up. It was set on 70 but most days it did not get below 76 on the second floor. We also had to purchase box fans for the upstairs bedrooms which ended up costing us more money. I would suggest putting ceiling fans in each bedroom or investing in a better ac unit.

Fun time for a family reunion

This property worked well for our large family. It was nice to have a bathroom for every bedroom and so many of the amenities made it fun for our group. The pool, video games, and theater were a big hit with our group. The kitchen had plenty of dishes and silverware. It felt a bit cheap and bare bones when it came to the bedding and towels. It would have been nice to have a few extra towels. We also would have appreciated extra toilet paper and dish tabs etc. For such a large and expensive property we would have excepted supplies to last for the week. Overall we had a great time and would stay there again.

This house was amazing! Spacious, clean, convenient. We had a group of 32 staying in the house and the logistics made getting up and going so much easier. I honestly wish we had more time to actually enjoy the house.

fun for all

by far one of the best vrbos we have stayed. it was huge, with such a unique decor. the parents loved it but the teens loved it the most. we will go back. only draw back is it was warm. the ac cannot keep up such a large space. bring a fan to sleep!
