The stay and the property was amazing . I was dissapointed the spa /jacuzzi did not wprk amd when i asked the host said i had to pay extra to use ot which souned like a money grab type of deal which made me uncomfortable with staying here again. The televisin in the master bedroom also wasnt working so the room was a bit underwhelimg as well.

The reason I gave 3 stars overall is mostly because of the $400 deposit. It wasn’t really clear that I would have to provide that until right before my stay. I was initially okay with a deposit but that fact that it wasn’t just a pending charge, rather a charge that was collected on made me feel uneasy. Then I find out it take 7 to 10 days to refund!? That’s excessive. It should have been returned upon check out. I went above and beyond to make sure the place was in order when I left and now I’m going to have to pay a bill late because of an inconvenient deposit return policy. Also the hot tub was dated, the buttons were barely working, and the jets didn’t work at all in the one seat.

Family & Disney was the best part

While we enjoyed the time away and the unit was clean there was no communication about the amount of deposit required on booking site or on the day it was applied. Found via another app when looking at address. No one returned call within the day upon inquiry and needed to advise the bank that it was not fraud. Booked for the hot tub: it was broke and empty: no prior communication and could have had time to cancel and book a different unit once advised on response received about the inquiry. There were strict guidelines within 3 degrees on HVAC unit, this was a first and a bit discomforting. There were damages that restricted some use in the unit, immediately reported, was told repair next day, did not happen any of the three days staying. There is a high cleaning fee included high enough to be expected it’s all inclusive, but in requested process upon departure asks that we do laundry and trash. A lot of frivolous text communications on several numbers, made it a bit confusing and overwhelming to keep organized during vacation and only pertinent info handy. There are fee that you find out about once you are locked in for the booking vs ahead of time. The sites list all that’s available but not the additional costs that should be provided ahead of time to anyone searching. Will make sure to not stay in any Wonder ran units again.

Do not ever book with Wonder Homes. I didn’t know I was not booking directly from the resort. The day I was suppose to check in they contacted me saying the patio door was broke and I would have to walk around to go to the patio. I was under the impression it just would not slide open. When I got there they had the curtain pulled over the patio slide doors. I pulled it back and the whole door was busted and glass was everywhere. They put paper over it. Very unacceptable and unsafe. Anyone could come in and was unsecured. I can’t believe they thought we would stay there like that. They had all day to fix it and didn’t. So when I seen this I tried to call them and it went to voicemail. I sent messages no one answered. I had to rent another place to stay. Orbitz tried calling them for over one hour. They leave at 3pm and check in is not until 4pm. Horrible business and hours. They should at least have someone to answer calls. I didn’t get ahold of them until the next day around 11am. No apology at all, worse customer service I ever seen. They said yeah we know and we are working on getting your refund. Never again and I would avoid at all cost.
