3bed Villa at Seven Dwarfs Kissimmee near Disney!

This is a family and private gated community, with private parking and security guards 24/365. You will have independent access to the villa with the key we will provide through a security box outside the door (we will provide the code a few days before your arrival). The villa has 3 bedrooms. The main room (downstairs) has a king size bed. The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs, one of them has a queen size bed and the other one, has 2 bunk beds (full on bottom and twin on top). The villa also has 2 bathrooms, both with bathtubs.

You will feel like you are in your own home! Our apartment has modern TVs, Wi-Fi available, TV on demand through ROKU in all rooms. We offer for your stay clean towels and sheets, professionally cleaned carpet, up to a special themed room for the little ones with 2 bunk double beds! An equipped kitchen, microwave, dishwasher, all kitchen utensils., Also a washing and dryer machine for your convenience.

We gladly offer for your stay a sample of personal items such as shampoo, conditioner, soap and toilet paper in the bathrooms, as well as a small sample of soap for the dishwasher and the washing machine but all the products that are going to be used by the guests must be supplied by themselves, are not included. Also, a sample of sugar, salt and pepper is offered, but all other condiments or spices must be supplied by the same guests. In the same way this applies for cleaning items, they are not included.

We offer all the amenities that guests deserve! You will be able to feel at home and at the same time, relax on your vacation. They can enjoy all the amenities that Seven Dwarfs Villas has, such as swimming pool, tiki bar, gym, a barbecue area, volleyball court, tennis court, basketball court, small water park and a children's playground, even a auto-wash service and vacuum for vehicles are available at 3bed Villa at Seven Dwarfs Kissimmee near Disney. You can have access to all the facilities of the community!!

The most important thing is its location, it's perfect! With restaurants, shops, shows, supermarkets just minutes away. Also theme parks, only 10 min from Disney, 15-20 min Universal Studios and 15-20 min from SeaWorld park.

Great place close to Disney

Great location not far from Disney. Gated community and very quiet. House was exactly as described in listing. If you have a large group, you'll need to bring trash bags and paper products as only a few items are provided. There is a 50 charge if you leave your trash in the house when you leave.

Don’t forget to take out your trash!!!

This stay pushed me even closer to just completely using hotels again… As a paying guest, I’m not going to take out my trash, that’s insane. Needing to be out by 10? Hotels I can check out as late as 12. We use VRBO for our business, we did like the idea of staying as a group and relaxing together as a group at the end of the day, I’ll give it another try or two, but won’t be back to your house.
