Except for delaying us at checkin, everything else was great. Not sure what happened at checkin, we never had a problem before. In the past front desk staff was very friendly, this time only so so. But it is an exceptionally clean facility

The hotel was great, the two ladies at the reception Lesley the manager and Miralda were excellent and helpful, there was another lady at the breakfast buffet who also was great, the breakfast buffet while simple is delicious especially the waffles. And again the staff are world class
