During COVID-19, I expected and anticipated some changes to hotel policy. However, am extremely disappointed at the lack of care for visitors. With signs on the door that say “mask required” when I entered the lobby, the staff was not wearing a mask. The lady at the front desk replied, “oh, let me find my mask.” Although signs say the room is being cleaned thoroughly, the room smelled musty and damp, and the shower wall was covered in mold. The ‘grab n go’ breakfast was not sufficient to feed a 3 yr old. The pool and fitness center were closed. Traveling with a small child with no pool and minimal activities available, access to cartoons on the TV would have been helpful. TV channels included no Nick Jr or Disney Jr or PBS kids, so had no cartoons available for the night. Extremely disappointed in the lack of accommodation given the circumstances as well as general disregard for cleaning and “policy.”

Smelt pretty bad to be honest. I think the carpets could use a serious upgrade. That's probably where the smell is coming from and they just look run down and dirty. Turns you off a bit right away.

Room has odor that slaps you as you as you walk in. The Sink was leaky Carpet too old A house cleaner came knocking that we should leave at 11AM: 1hr before the time I was told I had to check out the latest

We stayed overnight for a concert. The kids swam in the (small) pool both days. Breakfast was fine, not very much seating for the crowd they had. The room smelled like cleaners (better than anything else it could smell like, I guess) and it didn't dissipate during the time we were there, despite turning on the a/c fan and taking showers.

Wonderful staff, comfortable room, and great breakfast buffet... Couldn't ask for more!

Our trip was to visit relatives nearby. The hotel was convenient and a good value.

Overall the hotel is a great value. However, it is beginning to show its age and the provided breakfast was a bitter disappointment compared to other hotels.

My wife and I were pleased overall with our stay. It's just off the freeway and close to the First Midwest Bank Amphitheatre, plus several places to eat eithin walking distance. The staff was cordial and helpful. The room was clean and well tended, and nothing was dusty or broken. The only issue I had, and this is common enough these days to be irritating, our card was automatically charged for "incidentals" before the fact. if no costs were incurred, they remove the charge. This offends my sensibilities as a consummer because its a guilty until proven innocent kind of thing. They could just as easily take the number and charge after. Otherwise, it was a good experience.

I was in town for a business meeting at the convention center so I came in the night before and stayed here. The hotel had a nice appearance both inside and out. The common areas as well as the room were clean. The staff was nice and helpful when I inquired about a local place to grab a bite to eat. The breakfast was good - nothing special but exactly what I needed to start my day. I would recommend staying here if you are in need of a nice, clean and comfortable hotel in this area.

Very nice but high price. Should cost about $120 total

There are hotels in the area that offer the same amenities at a lower price.

Very nice location, quiet and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It was a very nice stay!

The hotel is very nice and clean. The rooms were good sized for this level of hotel and the free wireless internet was a valued addition, that is usually an expensive add on at top rated hotels. The pool and hot tub were welcome additions after a long day. When the desk clerk learned we were in town for a funeral, she gave us an additional discount on the room cost. They advertised a continental breakfast, but it included a variety of hot foods as well. The staff were all friendly and helpful. Very easy to find and convenient to the highway, restaurants and convention center.

Everything was great - the help, the room and the food.

Visited with family & family funeral

Fast checkin, clean room, beautifully decorated bathroom. Good hot breakfast. Great rate. I will stay here again.

The room was very nice, Very Clean, Nicely decorated. We did not spend much time in it other than to sleep. We were very happy with the room. Staff was very nice and the breakfast was very good.

Great bathroom, good water pressure, clean and modern. Maid kept knocking on door every 20 minutes from 10am on, til 11;30 when we checked out. elevator not working, had to carry bags down a flight of stairs. Bed very uncomfortable, too cushy could not move around in it.

Hotel was ok..a bit pricey for what you got

Exceptionally friendly and accomodating staff. Great continental breakfast.

We took your comment to heart and have seriously updated and enforced all staffing to wear masks while in all common area's within the hotel. The sanitation and cleaning have also be revised and properly addressed.
