Good location. Room was nice enough. Nice pool area, but it was CLOSED the whole time we were there due to a broken filter. We were able to use the Hyatt pool for part of the time but due to a private party their big pool/spa was closed, so only their little pool for two hotel's worth of guests. Then we were sent to the other hotel next door to a VERY small pool. We picked this hotel because of the nice pool and big rooms. Parking was $15 a night, but we often couldn't find parking. They had an overflow lot, but in the morning the lot was gated so you had to walk a long way, then drive all the way around the block to get back to the hotel to load up. Then the other day I saw on my CC bill that I was charged for the room by the hotel $700+ when we already paid in full through Orbitz. Called and were told we would have credit within 24 hours. 3 days later, I am still waiting. The front desk staff were nice, but it didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. There was a lot of confusion. Breakfast was decent but pretty much the same every day so it does get boring. No biggie. The tamales were good, but hard to get! Oh, and there was a tv in each room, but only one remote control. Also stay away from rooms by the basketball court. After late nights in Disneyland we were awakened twice at 7am by B-ball. The court wasn't supposed to open til 8am, but there was no sign & the staff gave balls out at 7:00 anyway. The hotel itself was nice enough, but not managed well at all.

Loved it...had enough space to accomadate big family in one room with plenty of space left over. Rooms were clean and had plenty of towels etc....will definitely stay again

Great staff, and complimentary breakfast. The parking space is limited and it's a hassle to go get parking from the Hyatt hotel next door.

Small parking area considering the hotel capacity. Very crowded at night. Beware of some rooms in the 2nd floor, there's noisy machines outside the window. To be fair we where relocated immediately by a very helpful staff. Other than this, it was a very nice at the hotel.

Turned out way better than we thought as we thought we were booking outside DL main gate. 1 stop on shuttle made it very convenient and literally steps from restaurants (red robin, outback buca de beppo) and across from target made it better for someone who takes time away from DL to chill. Pool wa quiet and had plenty of chairs and shade. Breakfast was very good with lots more variety than expected.

Very good location and the hot breakfast was delicious everyday!

Great rooms will come back next time breakfast not so great but the rooms make up for it

Went to Disneyland with my wife and my daughter. Overall great experience! Hotel has shuttles (not ART) running every 30 minutes to Disneyland. Very convenient. Ticket machine is right outside the lobby (or ask front desk). One thing: there is a weekly protest going on in the Hyatt hotel across street. They are really loud! Well, if you want to take the magical morning and forget the set up the alarm clock you have a good backup.

Great hotel!! Coming back for sure hopefully next month

excellent family oriented hotel. would definitely stay again

The front desk clerk was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Was always available for us!! We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom but rooms were small, was really nice having 2 bathrooms though. The breakfast was great!! Best we've ever had that was included with our price in a hotel. Hot and great food!!! Pool area was very nice. Would have been nice if there would have been a bar area in the hotel or pool. Bed was okay, not great...

The rooms are clean ad comfortable, breakfasts are sufficient with lots of variety, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of restaurants in the area and target is right across the street. The kitchen also had a variety of pots, pans, bowls, and plates. A lot more than other hotels I've been. I would stay there again Bad have to pay for parking but hotel not that close to disneyland. They say it's about a 25 minute walk, but it's closer to 35-40 minutes. We bought the shuttle pass for 4 days for 2 adults and 1 child but it was $40 and shuttle only comes every 30 minutes.

Great breakfast, even had strawberries and whipped cream for the waffles. Close to the ART bus route 1that takes you to Disneyland. After a day of walking at the park it would be just a little too far to walk that distance. Got surprised by a $10 a day parking fee. Other than that it was a clean nice place to stay. Would stay there again.

From the reception we we received from the delightful young girl behind the counter, to the clean, spacious room and delicious and well presented breakfasts everyday, this hotel is a terrific place to be for both Disney and the convention center. We checked out of another nearby hotel after experiencing an older - run down room and were lucky enough to have found vacancy at the Residence Inn for the remainder of our weeks stay!

Room was very clean. Friendly staff and location is down the street from Disneyland( a little to far to walk it though). Plus free continental breakfast. The only drawback for us was the amount of noise you can here from above and the rooms next to you. If your looking to get a good night sleep at this place bring some ear plugs. Otherwise everything else was great.

Great suite with full kitchen and wonderful staff. I've booked two nights via two different websites and they have made and they have made they have made the transition between the two nights effortlessly. Would definitely recommend this for family. Available 1 bed or 2 bed with pull out sofabed / sectional which can accommodate 3 little people.

This is a very nice, comfy hotel. highly recommended

This was only my second time staying at a Residence Inn and I prefer it over a Marriott or just about any other hotel. I stayed here on a short trip to Disneyland and this place costs less than a lot of other hotels but offers more( kitchen, breakfast, lower prices) I knew about the breakfast that they offer which was one of the reasons I chose to stay here, but when I checked in around 6 P.M. I was surprised that they also offered dinner. That night they served chili and cornbread, I was informed the next night the meal would be chili cheese fries. Free breakfast abd dinner?? sure, why not?! The room was very nice, clean, the only problem I noticed after check in was the complimentary lotion was missing from my room but the soaps, shampoo and conditioner were all there. That's my only complaint about the room. The location was nice, close to the elevator with a view overlooking the pool, I never went down there since I spent all my free time at Disneyland. I found out that they didn't sell passes to the ART which is what I thought i'd take, they actually have their own shuttle that stops twice an hour and they sell day passes for that in the gift shop. If you choose to take the ART the shuttle stop is one block south of the hotel, a walk that makes up for itself since the ART shuttle is number 1 which drops you at the closest stop on disneyland property. To catch the residence inn shuttle from disneyland once you choose to leave the park, you would have to walk past all the ART shuttle stops and out past the trees to a different shuttle waiting area near Harbor Blvd. It's a longer walk but the hotel's shuttle does drop you off right at the hotel, not a block away. The choice is up to you.

Great location, everything so close, rooms are neat & clean

I really enjoyed to Stay at Residence Inn, my grandkids had lots of fun at the pool, basketball court, Front desk clerks were very professional.
