Our room felt very dirty. The shower was not clean. We were out of shampoo and soap. There was multiple pieces of garbage/ food left on the floor that our small child found. The free breakfast was very un appetizing and the bar/ restaurant was randomly closed often leaving there no where to grab food after a long day. Overall the room felt very gross and not an ideal stay in our case. There was a random person sleeping in the hallway one of the morning, leaving questions about safety and security of the building.

The bathroom needs some work. Theres some water damage and walls are crumbling by the tub. I left my new pillows in room. So you aquired new pillows. The breakfast could use healthier protein options. The hotel was clean and thr staff was friendly. Would stay again.

As a family of 5 with three teenagers it was great to have two bedrooms and two full bathrooms for busy days. The breaks was excellent with lots of options for everyone’s needs. We only encountered one not so pleasant staff member at check in, everyone else was wonderful. The only negatives I have is the horrible rep at check in (no smile, didn’t tell me what I was being charged, didn’t offer the Marriott promotion going on, didn’t tell us about the holiday stuff they had going on for guests.) thankfully we had other family members checking in with another rep that was fabulous! She told us about the daily little extra things they had for guests (free cookies, hot chocolate night etc) and the scratch off game they had for Marriott members which saved me $90 by winning a $10 parking pass!! The beds are very firm so they were uncomfortable for us. My 13 year old tried to sleep on the pullout sofa and certain areas felt like you were being poked by a nail which was horrible to sleep on so we didn’t end up using it.

When I first checked in at this location I had to immediately be changed rooms because the room they put me in there was a cat and I'm highly allergic to cats and so is my son. The room we were switched too the phone didn't work so we couldn't call the front desk for anything, the sink clogged and wouldn't drain, there was spiders and no maid service was done the entire time we were there. I have called pretty much every day since I've left to speak with a manager and still have not got a return call. I will never stay here again and would warn anyone else as well

You should let the customer know that the parking is charged after. I was under the impression that when I booked my trip it was part of all the fees that you charged when I booked. When I gave my card to the worker at the desk, she only said it was for incidentals not parking as well…

It was fine. My family really enjoyed the close proximity to lots of family friendly activities unrelated to the Disney park. The only thing that was annoying was the refrigerator in our room would sometimes (randomly) make loud squeaking noises. It was annoying for the time it made the noise, but otherwise it was a working fridge that we used regularly during our stay.
