carpets are filthy and leave your feet black after one minute of walking on them, beds were comfortable, pool was fun for my son though it was a chilly temperature, breakfast was fine, the motel was easy walking distance to Toy Story parking lot for a free ride to Disneyland. I would stay again if they would please clean the carpets!!!!

Overall the experience was good. The room had a stale smell to it but one we opened the door and turned on the fan it seemed to pass.

The hotel was in good location. The room could use improvements, we reported that the shower did not drain and they never took care of it although I reported it twice and we stayed long enough for them to fix it.

A little bit dirty. Nice cold A/C and fridge. Bad parking situation. Sink had mold. Toilet wasn't very clean.

Location was okay. Desk clerk was helpful and pleasant. Room was dark, dingy and needing deep cleaning.

To expensive, food not good are all, front desk not very friendly at all

Only had first floor room when we got there. It ended up being a handicap room, which was fine but the shower floor was so slippery for a handicap walk in shower. Towels very thin and small. Vending machines to buy water or snacks were out of order. I asked front desk if they had any water to give me. He asked how many and I said 2 and be brought me 1. How cheap. There is a sign in the room saying if you forgot anything just ask. We asked if they had shaving cream and they didn't. She offered us toothpastes then realized they were out. No closet in the room, just a place in the bathroom to hang clothes. Maybe because it was handicap. Good refrigerator and microwave in the room that I needed. Coffee maker. Bed was actually comfortable and TV worked good. 20 minute walk to the convention center, which I needed. I brought my own breakfast, but my boyfriend ate their breakfast. Average. The hot food was oatmeal or frozen egg and cheese omelettes. They had toast and waffles. Cereal. Juice. Had to carry it back to the room because no room to sit. Good place to just sleep but loud in the mornings with the cleaning people starting early. Not many plugs in the room for today's electronics. Big bathroom, but maybe because it was handicap. Strange looking people hanging around outside. I would not stay there alone. Overall small room. King bed, desk, small table. Barely room for my small suitcase. Cheap price for February but increased for March. Not worth that much. Will stay elsewhere
