This is the second time we stayed here and it is the last time we will stay here. There is little money and effort put in to maintenance here. The front doors do not hang straight so they bind up. Not a good first impression. One of the fire doors was blocked open, therefore inoperable. The outside door we used did not lock. Hallway floors had not been vacuumed in weeks. There were unlocked electrical panel boxes in the hallway. There was coffee spilled on the vanity of the bathroom that was obvious but not cleaned. The fabric seams on the couch cushions were all torn with cushion foam showing all around. The suite setup was really nice. This must have been a top of the line place at one time. But no one is investing in the upkeep anymore.

We had a good stay at this hotel.will recommend to my family when they come to town..staff at front desk was great ..and so helpful..

Nice place comfortable loved it take your whole family

Nice place for Cando style. Very quiet place. Like to stay again.

We have stayed at this hotel several times before and it was always very nice. It is not anymore. Everything was either broken or dirty inside and out. Breakfast was ok not the great one they used to have. Cupboard door broken I our room. The chairs, table and floor were stained and dirty. Could be nice again with some cleaning and upkeep.

non-smoking room smelled like smoke, room was outdated and pillows were extremely flat

Had to request clean pillow cases for pillows, others showed soil and hair on them. Room oder from cooking? etc. almost seemed liked a smoking room. Outside security door did not always catch. Railing missing for steps to outside. Left over garbage from previous occupant in the refrigerator. Internet wi fi did not work in room. Staff were courteous and pleasant.

Confusing access to our room with poorly marked entrances, ramps and stairways smelly cigarette butts by the entrance to our room

Less than impressive. Rooms were in very poor condition and the grounds were a mess. Just not a great place to stay.

We come to Omaha for the zoo but it ended up raining and we did a lot of other activities in town ( SHOPPING) but we did spend more time in the hotel than we normally would have.. this was more like an apartment than a motel. it had a separate bedroom with a door a hid abed in the living room and a full kitchen(minus the oven) it did have a stove top, microwave, full size fridge, and a dishwasher. it came with dishes and dish soap so we didn't need to live on fast food since we could do everything right there in the room... would stay there again

Great staff. Very helpful. Always had eggs and sausage just done different ways. Had some issues with maintenance ,but they were remodeling ,so they should get fixed. Great time overall.

This hotel is in the midst of renovation. Our room was spacious, nicely decorated and had several amenities. The room had a repulsive odor that never went away. Our key card could not open the nearest exterior door.

This motel was much better than the usual extended stay facility yet very reasonably priced. The hot breakfast each morning was good, the TV channel selection was above-average with pay-per-view movie options. The place was quiet even though the lot was usually full. This will be my go-to motel whenever I stay in Omaha 2-3 times a year.

Always enjoyable staying at Hawthorn Suites. Staff are professional, friendly and always greet me with a smile. :) Refurbished suites are very comfortable and quiet. Competitive rates and better value for money than other hotels. Highest recommendation!

Again another outstanding stay. Staff were courteous, friendly and expedited the check-in process. The refurbished suites are perfect for a short or extended stay.

The room was in need of some maintenance from just normal wear and tear. The staff was nice and helpful and the hot breakfast was excellent.

Got an upgrade to a double bedroom room but it felt like it was the last room they assign to guests - room was not very clean and was in need of some repairs (loose tiles, broken door lock, etc.). Overall ok, but room was mediocre.

Yet again my expectations were exceeded. Efficient, friendly staff. Really like the refurbished suites. Highest recommendation!

Once again my expectations were exceeded. Staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. I plan on staying at Hawthorn Suites for all my future stays in Omaha. I have recommended this hotel to all my business colleagues, friends and family.

The room was okay for the money they charged. This is what I'd expect. We liked fully equipped kitchen. Room was clean. The decor and hall way smelled old as others have commented.
