Our first room the jacuzzi tub did not work, had to switch to another room very inconvenient. The second room the shower barely got warm enough for a quick shower. There was no apology or help moving rooms.

We chose to stay at a hotel rather than and air bnb for the convenience of having cleaning services. When we checked in, the room was run down and dirty. It had the smell of cigarette smoke. The doors all had dirt and hair stuck on them. The bathroom floor had a dirty shoe print and hair on the floors. The bathtub was dirty and had hair in it. One of the bathroom sinks was peeling. The carpets had obviously not been vacuumed and I even found a pill under the bed. The suite had a kitchenette with a sink, but no dish soap or cups or anything that may be needed for a family staying multiple days. We asked for housekeeping to come in to freshen up the room and to at least replenish the towels, but they never did. When I talked to the front desk, he just offered to bring up towels and trash bags for us to change out for ourselves. The pool was also dirty, with a lot of sediment at the bottom. Anytime I went to the front desk, there was not a person there. You had to ring a bell and then wait for someone to come. If you needed something, they would have you wait at the front desk and have you take it to the room for yourself. We supposed to stay for 4 nights, but ended up checking out a day early. Very disappointing service, especially on a family vacation over Christmas. We will not visit that hotel again.

Breakfast was great and variety was nice. We had jacuzzi tub in the room but was only given 2 towels and 1 wash cloth, when I asked for extra towels I was told they did not have any to give. The room was dirty and I found a bug crawling on the table next to the bed. When I told the front desk about it I was told “sorry” “but how was the rest of your stay?” Staff did not attempt to offer any compensation for me sharing the room with bugs!
