I had made a reservation for a room on a third party booking only to find out that the room was not available. I was given a significantly cheaper room and not compensated for the difference. I talked to the front desk at check-out and was promised a refund of the difference. It did not happen. I called twice after that and was given the same unfulfilled promise. While I think it is an average hotel that would typically be a decent place to stay, it was very disappointing and ingenuine in what is said versus what actually happens.

Very friendly staff! Front desk was helpful fixing the tv. Breakfast was alright but more options would be nicer. I like how close the property is to the shopping areas and gas station. I would say the room could be cleaner the hot tub wasn't wiped out well and the floor looked a bit dirty. But nothing too bad. I've stayed here before and I will again!

Everything was a great experience, just a small issue with the toilet water running constantly but other than that no complaints. The area is close to everything but far enough you don't have to deal with the pollution of traffic and such. Friendly staff.
