I’m waiting for a refund we couldn’t stay they had no power and said I’d get a refund also I called orbitz got a person he transferred me on the phone and no one answered for 45 minutes not happy

Very clean, comfortable and staff is very helpful and efficient. Would highly recommend this quiet and friendly place. Even with current road detours and construction on adjacent property, assess is maintained well and noise is kept to a minimum.
The appartment complex going up in front of the facility was a bit much

Close to Offut AFB. Easy drive to Omaha. Decent hotel, but pricey.
Our hotel was located in the back of vacant field, next to the local freeway. The back rooms face that freeway, but are not noisy, if your a light sleeper. Several local restaurants are within walking distance. Avoid the "Summer Kitchen" unless you like canned sauces and bland food. The staff was very friendly, and the breakfast was typical for this level of hotel.
Very impressed with the friendliness of staff. I forgot a business file-phoned the next day and the manager was tremendously helpful in getting the file back to me.
Located probably 15 minutes south of the Qwest Center, good area with a bunch of quick service restaurants and WalMart nearby. Staff was friendly.

Hotel looks brand new. Staff were top notch professionals. Room was comfortable and relaxing. Need better signage... no visible sign until you were almost at the hotel. Neighboring hotel has better signs. Map on website does not show the location of the hotel accurately.

Hello- Thank you for your review. We are sorry that you were inconvenienced and unable to stay at our location. Due to severe weather in our area and beyond our control we did lose power. Power was restored shortly after 3:00 PM, which is check in time. It is disappointing that Orbitz had you on hold so long.
