Struggled with check-in. They could not find my reservation even with email proof. Front desk called at 11:30 pm to see if we were in the room? Checking out was just as confusing as they could still not see my reservation. Room was clean. Breakfast was very good!

It was a nice quiet stay, it was a great spot to stay during our festival weekend. The hot tub jets were so crazy and aggressive, but even with that one critic it was a nice stay with kind staff.

The pool and hot tub was not working for the whole stay. That’s was the purpose of our stay, at least have fun in the pool but unfortunately it didn’t go as we had planned.

Room was good but service not so much...

Room was good but the service was less energetic than slugs. Had to have our key cards reprogrammed every time we left the room. The complaintary cookies in the lobby were non-existent except the one time we saw a single cookie with a big bite out of it. There was one of the staff that told my wife, "don't get in the hot tub, it's not supposed to look like that", after seeing him working on the pump room equipment and announcing to everyone in the pool, "I don't know what I'm doing!"

The beds were comfortable and the cleanliness was good. So many things i had an issue with. Hot tub broken and was never notified, ants in the window sill where we tried to sit to eat breakfast the only workong exterior door that worked was the main entrance. Had to get my keys replaced due to issues when activated. Upstairs neighbors were a huge issue. Loud and literally shook my whole room. Not very impressed for the price i paid. My total through expedia.com said just over $300 for the stay and i eneded up paying close to $400. Not happy.
