Very nice, affordable and clean. Located in good suburb of Omaha, close to shopping & restaurants. Will definitely stay here again!!

I received the value that I expected. They were clean, friendly and attentive to my requests. No complaints.

Very enjoyable, nice and clean with friendly staff. Breakfast bar is okay, not great. No pool but there is a small workout room

Arrived late but no problem checking in. Room was comfortable and clean. Only issue was a slow draining sink but not a big deal. Good breakfast and lots of free parking too.

The people at the counter were all very helpful, the brunch was all I needed for breakfast, Good size room for three people to stay in comfortably stayed here last year and will stay here again next time we visit our relatives.

Came from out of state Colorado for a wedding. Nice, clean hotel. Enjoyed to jetted hot tub.

This is the second time I have stayed here. Both stays were very comfortable.

The check in process was short. The front desk staff was obviously doing something when I arrived, rang the bell, and she came back. The wait for her to return was longer than the check in process. She was curt in her demeanor and the only thing I can remember her saying to me is that it was a non-smoking hotel and there is a LARGE fine if I got caught. I'm a non-smoker, so I thought Great! they'll enforce the policy. Apparently that only applies to cigarettes, and not marijuana. I was on the top floor and when the people across the hall checked in, they blared their music (could hear it above the tv in my room) and were "smoking". I called the front desk, and the response was "ok". The people next to them, banged on the door and a shouting match ensued. Still no response from the front desk. After a while, I left to spend time away from the situation as it was far from restful. When I left, I saw the same staff member outside the lobby talking on her phone obviously on a break. Next time I'm in town, I'll pass.

The room we had was small, but it got the job done. We were there to sleep and then had easy access to Omaha without the hassle of being right in the middle of a busy city. The hotel is newly renovated so it is very modern inside. Very clean, with new carpet, new bedding, and a new breakfast area. Staff were welcome and accommodating! I'd stay here again, no problem.

This motel has one of the worst areas for their breakfast. Three tables that will seat two each, desk clerk is supposed to maintain this area so it is constantly out of coffee, plates , etc most of the time. We stayed there in March with the same problems, was told then that problems would be addressed, not. This was the last time will find another motel.

Just driving through and this hotel worked for a clean quick stop. It's right next to a busy street so it's not very peaceful. And the continental Belgian waffle breakfast really wasn't. A cup of coffee and donut down the street came in place of the waffles.

We chose this hotel because it was pet friendly, cheap, and only 15 minutes outside of Omaha. We knew we would be there less than 12 hours so we didn't want to spend big money for a fancy hotel. Although the rooms are TINY they are set up very nicely. We brought our dalmatian and german shorthaired pointer with us and it was pretty cramped but we made due. The staff was friendly and happily accommodated my request to be on the first floor near an exit for the dogs. One downside for me was breakfast didn't start until 7 and I was planning on racing in the Omaha Marathon at 7...for most I'm guessing this probably wouldn't be an issue. A second downside is the town...there's really nothing within a short drive or walking distance to the hotel. You will have to go into the city for food and shopping.

Everything was good expect the most important part, sleep. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. Our room was right next to the elevator and we could hear everything.

Room was neat and clean though small. The fitness room is adequate but when crowded may not be enough with just one bike, one elliptical and one treadmill. The website photo can be misleading because of the mirrors on the walls. One gets the illusion of more equipment. Our checkout time was 12:00. After using the fitness room we tried to return to the room to pack up but at 11:05 the code was deactivated. We had to get the front desk to reactivate it. One should not have to do this. Breakfast was reasonable but could have been better and comparable to other establishments.

After seeing the pictures on the website, the rooms seemed to be an average size. When we opened the door to the room, it was much different, the room was very small, I would guess about 12ft by 12ft. The bathroom was what I would call a normal size hotel bathroom, nice and roomy, could easily have two people in there getting ready. As for the bed, normally it seems hotel beds are like sleeping on plywood, but this was total opposite, the bed was extremely bouncy and soft. All in all it served it's purpose for a weekend trip and a place to lay your head. I would recommend this to a friend, but I would make sure they knew the rooms were small.

Was easy to find off of Highway 75. Location was good, lots of restaurants in the area. Heard a few planes fly by but not bad. Good mattress and room was very clean. View of a cornfield in back. Good place for the price. Had a good waffle for breakfast.

Clean, comfortable, and inexpensive hotel with a China Buffet next door. The hotel is in a convenient location 15 mins from downtown Omaha. Room didn't include a fridge.

I was a single travler. Came to town to settle fathers estate. The hotel was a nice place to lay my head after a long, grife stricken day.

Everything was fine

I was attending a graduation and was very excited about attending. I walked in the door and there's plate glass window and way to slip money/check-in threw a slot like dive hotels for bums, or high crime areas that get robbed a lot. I approached the desk and the lobby smells like puke. I proceed to the elevator and the elevator reeks like B.O. I think ok maybe my room will be ok, wrong I found a dead fly on window sill and blood stains on my sheets. By the way the breakfast was a dirty waffle maker and cheerios. I won't be back!!
