They did now clean, etc the room for the second day. The coffee maker did not work.
Very unclean and outdated; reeks of smoke; location is very sketchy and I didn't feel safe; Non-smoking room smelled like smoke; filthy bathroom
Everything was TERRIBLE. The staff was trash, the room was dirty, the hotel was dirty.
Room was not clean, requested a king bed but not available. Bathroom had mold and shower curtian not clean. Vanity counter was cracked and area around was not clean. Would not recommend. Staff was nice and friendly.
Nasty all rooms and hallway smell of smoke. Didn't even give me the room I payed for till I called and complained.
The hotel was under construction, no breakfast was served despite advertising that it had complementary breakfast. Room was not cleaned at all and had to request towels and soap when I needed them. Front desk was not helpful at all. I typically book laquinta inns when I travel to the Midwest and this by far is the worst one ever.
I had made my reservation two weeks in advance ONLINE. This is the only hotel which has smoking rooms in Omaha. They told me they only had one, because of 'renovations'. Should not make any difference! Upon further investigation, I discovered they had THREE smoking rooms! Plus I wanted a king sized bed, I ended up with two queens! I made ONE COMMENT on my last review, which was my first stay here and I wonder if that is why I got whatever they wanted to give me...? This hotel clearly does not care about making customers happy.
Last minute trip, decided to go budget friendly mistake. Place was unaesthetic in every way. Old, dingy, and smelly. Room smelled like smoke even though it was to be smoke free. Place needs to be refinished inside and out. Staff on other hand were at least friendly and helpful.
- Easy to find right off I-80. Polite, helpful check-in desk. Pet friendly with a special area for them, little 'mess' bags, too! - Free Wi-Fi which worked perfectly. - Comfortable beds! - Smelled heavily of cigarette smoke but not of pets throughout. - Carpet in our room was in very bad repair! It seemed as though it was dirty as well - there was leftover 'stuff' on the floor. The lid of the ice bucket had greasy fingerprints on it. -Bathroom was clean, but the toilet rocked back and forth. - Over the sink vanity light cover came crashing down in the night. - Breakfast was nice. - I'd stay again - good for the quick overnight we needed it for.
As the title says not the version of LaQuinta I had imagined, more like a Motel 6. Not a lot to comment on as I will on a good, clean stay. The location is perfect. The rooms are not.
There was garbage at the entrance and mold in the bathroom. What more can I say? I reported it to the management. He said there had been a strong wind that night.
The room was clean and the staff was friendly and nice. It was very hard to find the hotel. The signs were not lit and it was on a frontage road that was difficult to access. I did not feel like the area was especially safe. There was a lot of construction on the access highway. There were signs in the parking lot advising you not to leave valuables in your car but the desk clerk told me they didn't have a problem. The carpet in the hallways was very stained and worn but the room seemed clean and it was pretty quiet. I would not recommend this hotel to some one arriving at night because it was so difficult to find.
I read decent reviews on this place and they were all lies. It was the worst La Quinta I have ever been to. Dirty, everything was old and paint was peeling from walls and had mold. Lights and Iron were broken, no trash can. on the 1st floor from the lobby go Left and the entire span of the hallway smelled like Cigs or weed, Go right and the span of the hallway smelled like Dog.
The staff was friendly although I waited about 5 minutes for someone to greet me at the front desk. Close to shopping and food.
I tad on the scary side. I've never stayed in a La Quinta before that I didn't like...until this one....yikes
Staff was friendly and we were able to go where we needed. It would have been nice to have a pool. Breakfast was a bit sparse.
Stopped in for the nigh on our cross-country trip. The room was clean but beds were old and internet only worked in certain parts of the room. We would not stay there again. We got their later and the crib we requested was given away.
Overall the hotel was tired and worn. Needs to be updated and better maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful.
They didnt change the bedsheet before me. Found some hairs and stains:( Toilet was dirty as well. Just had to get some sleep before back on the road, that was just ok stay there.
It was a great price and had no problems. Breakfast was ok- had waffles and the other basics. Everything was clean and the room was comfortable.
