The folks who checked us in were very accommodating and did a good job. The room we did not notice until it was too late to make the change did not have darkening curtain over the window just the fill me ones that many places have with a darkening curtain. And we were opposite the baseball stadium with bright lights shining into our room creating a daylight experience all night long. The next morning there was no hot water. We were told it was because the day before they had shut off the water due to a leak they must not have very good hot water heaters if it takes 24 hours for it to heat up water. I would not stay here again nor would I recommend anyone else do so.

Hampton Inn did not have my booking when I tried to check in… I had to call Hotels.com and speak to someone I couldn’t understand and he then had to call the motel… this should not have happened!

This is our 2nd stay at This hotel. Newly renovated smells of new carpet and freshly painted. Parking is $15 a day but it’s worth the price.

Won’t be back.

we couldn’t get our room below 80 degrees the entire stay it was massively uncomfortable and hot even with AC running. Hot water stopped working several times. Our room was never cleaned we had to ask for towels. The sign from the stadium across the street was so bright, the blackout curtains helped some. It was LOUD the walls are made from old tissue paper, lots of partying on our floor and road noise. The parking lot filled up several times meaning we had to park at another hotel (even though we paid for parking at ours) and walk in -10 weather. Most people at the desk seemed to be annoyed by us asking for anything. One of the worst stays I’ve ever had.
