Rose was amazing! All were very friendly. Clean room and quiet.

everything went well...staff was friendly and the hotel was clean

I had a very enjoyable stay here and the staff were very Good!!!

The cleaning staff were great, some of the front desk staff were not so well trained in customer service, and need to be.

Great place to stay. we were visiting family in Omaha and itwas perfect

It was a little difficult to find, initially, but once we found it, it is a nice looking building. The lobby was small, but looked nicely kept & modern. The rooms were very spacious & appeared newly decorated. They were pretty nice. Unfortunately: 1. Our first night we were woke up around 1am, by someone trying to get in our room. There was some sort of mix up & they gave them our room. 2. The hot tub & pool area were very cute, but highly chlorinated, to the point it burned your eyes, just sitting in the hot tub. We told an employee & he just said okay. Thank you 3. The second day we stayed, we got another really nice room, but we're not able to use the pool. Apparently someone's dog pooped in the pool, thus forcing them to close it. This was quite a disappointment to my 8 year old, whose main priority on every hotel stay is to spend as much time as possible in the pool.

Although this is an older hotel it was clean and the employees were very friendly and helpful. There is also a very good restaurant right across the parking lot. For the money I would stay here again.

Will stay here again if overnighting in Omaha. A little difficult to find originally.

They are in the midst of massive hotel construction (workers there day and night trying to get it completed). It will be great when done but right now it is a not good. You can tell the owners try to go above an beyond to make the guests happy. For an economy hotel you can also tell that there is some details that they go above and beyond on (service, cookies at night, towels at pool, supplies in the room, good breakfast choices, etc.). The downside is the rooms have paper-thin walls. You can hear what's happening in the next room and when you are in the hallway (and for right now the construction).

First, the hotel is under construction and looks unsightly outside, but progress is a good thing. The desk clerk, of Indian descent, I believe, was speaking so fast and with such poor English I could hardly understand her, and she was rude. I have nothing against where she is from, I just wish she would have slowed down and given me time to actually try to understand her. Her rudeness excellerated when she had found out we had gone through an outside service for reservations and she could not charge our card directly. The room was great, very comfortable, and served us well for the night. Upon checkout, the same woman asked for my cc card, glared at me as if I were her worst enemy for using an outside service, and handed my card back. She then asked for the cc back and under the stress of it all, I did not realize she had failed to return my card. I went home, and I left for a business trip two days later. On the 10th I received a call that I had left something behind. I returned the call upon my return home on July 14th. She was off work. I called again on the 15th she was off work for a week or more, and would get back to me then. I had known my cc was missing the day I arrived in St Louis, but thought I'd forgotten it on my desk when making travel arrangements. The clerk (husband or family member) would not tell me what she had of mine, and insisted I call back when she returned. At this point I could not find my card anywhere and asked if that was what I'd "left" behind, he said he looked but had no clue what the item was. I believe it was on the 17th the new GM of the hotel gave me a call, he was very kind and apologetic at her behavior. Then he proceeded to tell me the woman destroyed my credit card, and that he too did not understand why. He informed me that he would pay any charges incrued from having to be issued a new card. Thankfully no further charges had been made to my card outside of my booking through the outside source. The moral if this story...make sure you get your card back. The booking source did their job splendidly. I have no qualms with their service at all. I appreciate the GM for his honesty and integrity. As for the desk clerk and the man who answered the phone, I am not at all pleased with their service or hospitality. It is a good thing I slept so well. ;)

I was extremely pleased with our stay at Best Western Settle Inn in Omaha. We were there for the Air Show at Offutt Air Base and the location was within easy driving distance to the Air Base and to lots of eating establishments and shopping. Very pleased with the cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel. The free breakfast was was a great amenity and very good with fresh, hot food and clean environment. The staff were very friendly and accommodating and I will be recommending this establishment to others.

The hotel is undergoing renovation on the outside but this didn't interfere our stay. Our room was fantastic. Clean and comfortable. The hotel is a little off the beaten path but close to major roads. We would stay again.

It's a very nice-looking hotel, in a good location and with friendly staff, but until they finish their reno work, it's hard to recommend. It's very noisy, the halls are filled w/ materials and paint, there's no ice machine (?) and several of the meeting rooms are in the middle of being refurnished. Give them a little while to finish up and it will definitely be much more pleasant.

The whole hotel had a nasty chemical/moldy smell to it. I thought it was just my room but it was the whole place. It was so bad I had an allergic reaction and couldn't stop my noise from running. They are remodeling and the room was spacious, clean and recently updated. A lot of construction going on at the hotel however. The pool is closed and boxes everywhere. I expect it will be nicer when they complete the work. I booked online and they could not provide me with a receipt when I checked out. I have stayed at hundreds of hotels and have never been told I couldn't have a receipt. They told me "you booked online through a third party so get it from the website". Really? But they have to do something about the smell!

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clean hotel, continental breakfast as expected.

They really need signs to help you find this place. I grew up there, looked at the map ahead of time, should have been able to drive right to it. It has no street frontage, you have to go through other buildings parking lots to get to it. Otherwise everything was OK

They got the continental breakfast going early on the Saturday of the Berkshire-Hathaway shareholder's meeting, which enabled me to make a 6AM bus leaving from a nearby hotel. The front desk had lots of helpful information about the meeting and the transportation options. The location is a bit hard to find the first time around, but after that it was no problem. The hotel is close to the BH cocktail and brunch location at Boersheim's, and even closer to buses that took me to and from the meeting in the CenturyLink Center. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was castle themed with many fantasy elements to enhance that impression. Some of the decorations were simply silly but still appropriate. I would have liked that the rooms actually carried the castle theme a bit further, but they were still very nice and comfortable. I only wish that there had been hot sauce for the eggs at the continental breakfast.
