"When we checked in, after a 15 hour flight we had to wait 40 minutes in the check in. After all that , they gave me the wrong room. All this was very frustrating. They then ffered me a bigger room but charged me an additional 60 euros a night and 25 euros a night in city fees which was a surprise."
