The updates were great. Staff was very friendly. Amenities and dining/snacks/coffee bar great. I just wish they would clean the rooms balconies. I wanted to sit outside after work, and my rooms balcony was so dirty. I also hung an article of clothing on the balcony rail for a few minutes. It fell from the wind and landed in filth. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t clean the balconies at such a nice hotel.
The beds were too soft and felt a bit broken down. The A/C had to be repaired during our stay. There was no power in one entire outlet. Checking in was frustrating, I was already tired and short tempered, and the lady kept helping everybody else. ‘I’ll be with you in just a second’ only works once. For the price, breakfast should have been included.
The man who works the night shift is rude and disrespectful to the guest. I worked customer service my whole life and never treated customers the way he did. He was rude to us upon checking in and using the hotel’s common are. HR should send him to anger management classes. As a longtime Marriott quest I have never experienced this type of behavior before. I feel as though we interrupting his at work nap. We travel all over the world and stayed in many of your hotels. Please Discipline him so this does not happen to any other guest. Thank you
Truly everything I was hoping my experience would be with you. Thank you. I definitely will come back!
Efficient staff and quality hotel. I enjoyed my stay
Very positive experience. Hotel staff was very nice and accomodating.
Everything was fine except they lost power due to car accident. We waited couple of hours to get checked in.
A nearby place for business trip, near to a medium-sized mall and it was very convenient.
We needed to stay overnight in OKC. We were tired and not prepared to make a 3 hour trip back to Tulsa. Very happy we found nice accomodations and attractively priced. The hotel and room was very very clean and the bed very comfortable.
Very kind front desk. Pretty basic stay. It was nice to have a mini fridge in the room.
Easy to find, near some of the main streets in OKC. Check in and out was efficient. The entire hotel was clean and staff very friendly. We needed suggestions about what sites to visit. Staff were right on target about their suggestions and directions to get there. I would only suggest the Starbucks have better hours. Nothing is open in the late evening.
We always enjoy a stay at Courtyard by Marriott. We know what we're going to get: nice room, nice breakfast area, satisfactory work out and pool area, but nothing to write home about. Still, it's comforting to know that some things are consistently above average. The location was a little out of the downtown, but we chose it because of proximity to a wedding we were attending in OK.
We chose this hotel because we have had great experiences with Courtyard in the past. This one did not disappoint. We had a nice, clean room on the first floor. Although a little ways off from the pool, we did not hear any wild goings on or noise. The hotel has all the things you want in a hotel-- good room, availability of food when you're hungry, and a reasonable price.
I arrive a few hours before check in hour but they let me check in early and that was very nice. Room was clean and over all was a good experience!
Nice quiet area of Oklahoma City. Easy to get off and back on I-44.
Booking through this site helped ensure we'd have our room without any worry of losing it because of late-night checkin. Even at midnight, the staff was cordial and attentive. Accomodations were very clean and comfortable. - Many thanks!
Hallways and elevator were dirty. Free Coffee was removed from the lobby (you had to purchase it or fix it in your room)
The hotel was in the perfect location for where we needed to go.
Check in was very fast, and convenient. Amenities were up to par. We didn't spend too much time in our room, but everything was clean and comfortable. Check out was as quick as check in.
This hotel is old and not that great. The location is fairly good and seems to be in a good part of town. Layout in the room was very goofy, bathroom was weird and not convenient. Not somewhere I will go back to.
