Great downtown location, friendly staff, decent room, great TV. Breakfast was average, everything processed, not much fresh stuff. Very limited parking space - some underground and some in the back alley, if you don't find a spot there, it is hard to find a spot close to the hotel, not very well thought of.

We just recently returned from Kelowna and I had to write a review on this wonderful hotel. It is right downtown, perfect for dining, walking and sightseeing. The hotel is so quaint and lovely. The attention to detail is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and willing to help you with any questions you might have. The complimentary breakfast was perfect and delicious. I would totally recommend this hotel and I look forward to returning to it again.

Music from the bars below the hotel goes on until 2am mid-week and guaranteed to keep you awake. No ramps or easy access into hotel so expect to carry luggage up several flights of steps to access lobby. No staff of course to help with luggage or anything else. Also had problems with being overcharged on my credit card which was still not resolved on check out and staff could not care less. Room was reasonable size but bed uncomfortable and low pressure on shower. Breakfast buffet same standard as a cheap motel

Arrived a bit earlier than check in time and we were lucky that the room was ready. Able to leave our bags in the room and walk around town and to the water in the fantastic weather of their labour day holiday . Such a beautiful lake and so many out enjoying themselves . Hotel is right on the Main Street with lots of choices for meals and snacks and variety of foods. The hotel itself is nice - both receptionists we met were very nice and helpful - on our return from our walk they even offered the check in biscuit as she knew we hadn't been offered it as we had arrived early - amazing attention to detail. Rooms are pleasant and comfortable - totally disagree with others comments on sound proofing as we experienced no problem. We were on second floor and able to go out to the balcony to watch the "world go by" after our dinner which was most enjoyable. Breakfast was included and nice and wait staff very friendly . Recommend this hotel to anyone

Very nice hotel very good room and location close to the lake great restaurants close by, great art and museums especially the Japanese garden. Breakfast and service excellent. Lovely walks near by the waterfront parks.

We stayed one night at the Royal Anne. We had a smallish room with a queen sized bed. Otherwise we were comfortable and had a pleasant stay. The hotel was fairly quiet, especially considering it is on the Main Street downtown. The staff was very pleasant. The hotel recommends the O'Flanigan's Pub for lunch and dinner. I would not recommend the place. We had an OK meal of fish & chips, but there must be better restaurants downtown.

Near the lake (<5 min walk). Beautiful area to go for a walk, sightseeing. Good service, clean rooms. Breakfast and wifi included is always good! Check in parking is a bit awkward (no real place to pull in). Fitness room is very limited. However would happily come back!

Duvets don't have covers, when I went to ask if this was normal one of the front desk attendants brought me to an empty room that had blood on the duvet. Currently in one of their beds right now having had an absolutely terrible sleep. We had told them yesterday not to call us as we have a busy schedule and need to sleep. First thing that happens is they call us at 8 am to wake us thinking we are another room. The insulation is so bad that every time someone on this floor closes their door it sounds and acts like an earth quake. I'm currently at stay 1/4 and I'm truthfully considering sleeping in my car. Would not recommend at all to anyone.

We loved our stay at the Royal Anne. The staff was very friendly and welcoming and the cookies were yummy. The hotel was super charming. The rooms were very clean and were a good size and we loved the view from our juliet balcony. Great location, very close walking distance to restaurants, shops and the waterfront. We were very impressed with the breakfast. So many fresh and healthy choices. We would definitely stay there again.

I had the chance to stay at this gorgeous hotel during my cousin's wedding! So warm and welcoming, this charming hotel was incredibly accommodating with myself as a last minute addition to my aunt's room. The continental breakfast had a delicious variety that included gluten-free toast and almond milk, which was a lovely surprise! The manage met us during our morning coffee to make sure our stay was enjoyable and to ask if we had any questions or concerns, a really lovely personal touch. Will recommend to all my friends and family! Best thing about the hotel was how close it was to the beach, a 5 minute walk!
