When I booked the room 4 months before our stay, I made a simple room request. When we arrived, I was told that our request was not met because we changed our stay from 6 days to 5 days & the website automatically discards all previous requests when a change occurs(I made the change shortly after the original booking). As far as I can tell, this policy is not stated anywhere. As a result, we did not get the bed that we originally booked. Very disappointing!
Stayed here for family vacation. The hotel was quiet, clean and comfortable, and convenient to all of the beach attractions.
We loved watching and listening to the ocean from our balcony without staying on the beach all day.
The hotel was great. We were very pleased with the location and wish we had more time to spend on the resort. We were there for a wedding. The food and service were very good.
