My husband, our dog & I enjoyed our stay in one of the cottages very much. The location is great - easy access to Wells & Ogunquit. Facilities were clean and well-lit.

Pet friendly👍Booked a cabin that smelled musty and fake flowery. No screens on windows. Asked to change to hotel room. Windows wouldn’t open. Room was never serviced (3 days). We did finally ask someone walking by for towels/soap. Booked through 3rd party so couldn’t get cost difference reimbursed. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Generally a go-to place - convenient and lower price. This time, room smelled like moth balls, I imagine a treatment for the many pets that stay here. It was my first time with it. If it happens again, I’ll move on to a different hotel.

We did not even stay the hotel was that bad. The front desk girl spent more time staring at her texts than getting me checked in. Than we reached the room and smelled so heavy in smoke and must we all had headaches within the two minutes we entered. We went to look for a different room, the next one they gave us smelled worse. The only positive review I can offer is when hotels.com contacted them for a refund they agreed.
