The property is run down and dated. The carpet in the room was stained and ripped. Maid service often overlooked small, but annoying, things: towels missing, coffeepot not cleaned and coffee replaced, facial tissue ignored, and there is dampness to the room.
They did not have the same donuts. :( Not enough towels.
Breakfast barn could have had a better offering. Need fresh decaf coffee and waffles and eggs, fresh fruit, and yogurt like the Choice Hotel chains. Air conditioners need an upgrade (very noisy). Overall a good value. Staff accommodating and friendly. Good experience would stay here again.
Overall, it was a nice place. It isn't perfect, it is kind of old, but for the price, and the staff, and the donuts in the morning, it worth the small amount we paid.

Least expensive hotel for my travel date in the area. Convenient to Ogunquit and Wells, with a trolley shuttle to each. Parking lot and grounds are clean and serene. Front desk staff were very friendly and accomodating. Julie was very nice. Only negative was the room itself. My room on the ground floor was musty and dank - didnt feel clean. Carpet was dirty and window screen damaged. A friend stayed in a King room on the 2nd floor that was much brighter and cleaner.
Nice clean hotel, nice pool and shuttle service to area all around Wells and Ogunquit to beach, shops, etc.
Hotel offered many activities for families. Nice to sit outside our room at night.trolly came right into the parking lot which was nice.
Room perfumed - strong. Toilet in next room recharged every five minutes. Squeaky bed. Got three flea bites overnight. Glad for continental breakfast, but should have had hard-boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt.
We've stayed here on a number of occasions over the years. It's a great place if you're on a budget and don't need luxury. They offer a free continental breakfast every morning. They have nice grills with adjacent picnic tables to eat on. Great way to enjoy a cookout with your kids. Nice swimming pool. The staff is friendly. It's a homey place, not stuffy. Overall, it's a good value for the money.
Reserved for 1 day stayed for 3. Cozy and quiet,might be different in peek season, only thing we needed was a microwave. Definitely going back. Great price. Close restaurants
This is by far the best place I have ever stayed at. Nicest staff. They are very friendly. It is a great location and the amenities are great. I am definitely going back and will recommend it to anyone
